Claims (10)
- 車両床(5)の下に載置されたエネルギーリザーバ支持体(2)を備え、前記エネルギーリザーバ支持体(2)が、車両の側方サイドメンバー(4)の間に固定される、車両、特に、電気自動車またはハイブリッド自動車であって、前記車両の外側車体構造(6)と前記エネルギーリザーバ(3)との間の前記車両床(5)の下の空間に装着された側面衝撃を吸収するための手段(7、8、9)を備えることを特徴とする、車両。
- 前記衝撃吸収手段が、前記エネルギーリザーバ支持体(2)の両側に載置された主側方アブソーバ(8)および側方プレート(7)を備える、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 各側方プレート(7)が前記エネルギーリザーバ支持体(2)に固定される、請求項2に記載の車両。
- 前記主側方アブソーバ(8)が、各サイドメンバー(4)と前記エネルギーリザーバ支持体(2)との間に載置される、請求項2または3に記載の車両。
- 前記衝撃吸収手段が、前記車両の前記外側車体構造(6)と前記主側方アブソーバ(8)との間に載置された少なくとも1つの副側方アブソーバ(9)を備える、請求項2乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の車両。
- 副側方アブソーバ(9)が前記側方プレート(7)の各々に固定される、請求項5に記載の車両。
- 前記主側方アブソーバ(8)の各々に端部によって固定される少なくとも1つの水平なクロスメンバー(10)を備える、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の車両。
- 前記側方プレート(7)が前記サイドメンバー(4)のうちの1つに固定される、請求項2乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の車両。
- 前記側方プレート(7)がスタンプ加工された金属シートを備え、前記側方アブソーバ(8、9)が合成材料または金属材料で作製され、衝撃時にエネルギーを分散させることが可能な構造、たとえば、セル状構造を有する、請求項2乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の車両。
- 車両床(5)の下に固定することが可能な車両用のエネルギーリザーバ支持体であって、前記車両の外側車体構造(6)とエネルギーリザーバ(3)との間の前記車両床(5)の下にある空間に装着された側方プレート(7)および主側方アブソーバ(8)を備える側面衝撃を吸収する手段を備えることを特徴とする、エネルギーリザーバ支持体。
