Description
Claims (15)
- 介入的な切除デバイスであって、
細長いボディと、
切除要素と、
少なくとも1つのセンサとを持つ切除針を有し、
前記デバイスが、前記センサにより提供される測定値に基づき、切除部位を囲む組織の生理的情報を検出するよう構成される、切除デバイス。 - 前記センサが、光源及び光検出器に接続され、前記センサは、前記組織により反射される光に基づき測定値を提供するよう構成される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスが、前記組織により反射される光の反射スペクトルを測定するよう構成される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスが、蛍光検出、2光子分光法、ラマン分光法、差分経路長分光法、拡散光学断層撮影、及び顕微鏡的センシングの少なくとも1つに関して構成される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 温度センサ、PHセンサ、剛性センサ及び超音波センサのうちの少なくとも1つを更に有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスが、前記検出された生理的情報に基づき、前記切除要素を制御するコントローラ端末を有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記コントローラ端末が、術前データ取得において得られる前記切除部位の組織に関する追加的な情報を考慮して、前記切除要素を制御するよう更に構成される、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスが、前記センサの異なる方向においてセンサにより提供される複数の測定値を取得し、前記取得した測定値から2D画像を生成する撮像デバイスを有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記撮像デバイスが、前記センサの異なる位置で生成される複数の2D画像から3D画像を生成するよう構成される、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の切除デバイスに関して使用可能な介入的な切除針であって、
前記針が、細長いボディ、切除要素及び前記切除要素に隣接して構成されるセンサを有し、
前記センサは、切除部位を囲む組織の生理的情報の検出を可能にする測定値を提供するよう構成される、切除針。 - 前記切除要素の対向側に構成される少なくとも2つのセンサを有する、請求項10に記載の介入的な切除針。
- 前記切除要素の対向側の各々に複数のセンサを有する、請求項10に記載の介入的な切除針。
- コンピュータで実行されるとき、切除処理の間の、
介入的な切除針の細長いボディに構成されるセンサにより提供される測定値を取得するステップと、
前記取得された測定値に基づき切除部位を囲む組織の生理的情報を提供するステップとを制御することを可能にするコンピュータプログラム。 - 前記制御される処理が、前記生理的情報に基づき前記ボディに提供される切除要素を制御するステップを更に有する、請求項13に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 請求項14に記載のコンピュータプログラムを持つコンピュータ可読媒体。
