Description
Claims (6)
- 少なくとも1つのウェブ(2)を備えた半径方向外側の摺動面(2′)と、半径方向内側の周面(3)と、前記両面の間を延在している上側面(3′)及び下側面(3″)とを有する、2mm未満の軸線方向の高さを有するピストンリングの製造方法であって、該方法において、
各ウェブ(2)に、半径方向外側に向かって円錐状に先細りしていく外縁を設け、
その後、前記摺動面(2′)に、前記各円錐状のウェブ(2)のウェブ側面(4,4′)を含めて、少なくとも1つの耐摩耗性の層(7)を設け、
次いで、掻取りエッジ(8)を形成する前記各ウェブ(2)のウェブ側面(4)だけに、少なくとも部分的な材料除去を行う、2mm未満の軸線方向の高さを有するピストンリングの製造方法。 - 前記各ウェブ(2)の、クランクハウジング寄りの側面側の摩耗層(7)だけを、少なくとも部分的に除去することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記耐摩耗性の層(7)の提供に続いて、前記摺動面(2′)に円筒ラッピングプロセスを施すことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記各ウェブ側面(4)から前記耐摩耗性の層(7)を、半径方向のウェブ高さの30〜90%の面領域に亘って、加工工具、特に研磨工具により除去することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記加工された各ウェブ側面(4)の外側に残っている前記摺動面(2′)の面部分を、前記各ウェブ(2)も含め加工しないことを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法により製造された油掻取りピストンリング。
