Abstract
Description
a)感受性産物を油に加えること、及びゆっくり混合して均質懸濁液を形成すること、
b)均質懸濁液を瓶に分配すること、及び
c)前記瓶を密閉する前に瓶中に乾燥剤ポリマーストリップ又は乾燥剤フィルムを配置すること
を含む方法をさらに提供する。
a)中鎖トリグリセリド及びヒマワリ油と二酸化珪素を組み合わせて混合物を形成すること、
b)混合物を均質化すること、
c)乳酸産生菌を混合物に加えること、及び再度ゆっくり混合して均質懸濁液を形成すること、
d)器の中に均質懸濁液を入れること、及び均質懸濁液を窒素で覆うこと、
e)均質懸濁液を瓶に分配すること、並びに
f)前記瓶を密閉する前に瓶中に乾燥剤フィルムストリップを配置すること
を含む方法を提供する。
成分の混合。
1.Bolz混合機/タンク(Alfred BOLZ Apparatebau GmbH、Wangen im Allgu、ドイツ)中で、中鎖トリグリセリド(例えば、Akomed R、(Karlshamns AB、Karlshamn、スウェーデン))及びヒマワリ油(例えば、Akosun、Karlshamns)と二酸化珪素(Cab−o−sil M5P、M5P、Cabot)を混合する。
2.均質化。サインポンプ及びディスパックス(Sine Pump、Arvada、Colo.)をBolzミキサーと接続し、混合物を均質化する。
3.ラクトバチルス・ロイテリの添加。約20kgの乾燥油混合物を50リットルのステンレス鋼製容器に移す。ラクトバチルス・ロイテリの粉末(好ましくは凍結乾燥、使用するラクトバチルス・ロイテリの量は油中に必要とされる量に応じて変わる。一例は、1g当たり1011のCFUを有する0.2kgの培養物の添加である)。それを均質化状態までゆっくり混合する。
4.混合。ラクトバチルス・ロイテリとのプレミックスをBolzミキサーに戻す。
5.排出。懸濁液を200リットルの器の中に排出し、窒素で覆う。5mlのガラス瓶に充填するまで、懸濁液はその器の中に保持する。
6.20mmのM−0026 Activ−Strip(商標)、厚さ0.6mm及び幅15mm、(CSP Technologies、Auburn、USA)をそれぞれの瓶中に加える。
例1からの瓶は、BioGaia、Lund、スウェーデンにおいて、それぞれ25℃/60%相対湿度及び30℃/65%相対湿度で耐候性試験器中に保存した。
Claims (10)
- 非水液中に懸濁された、水分及び酸化に感受性がある産物、並びに乾燥剤ポリマーストリップ又は乾燥剤フィルムを含む保存容器。
- 前記乾燥剤ポリマーストリップ又は前記乾燥剤フィルムで内面コーティングされた、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記乾燥剤ポリマーストリップが、0.6mm厚及び15mm幅などの0.2〜5mm厚及び5〜25mm幅である、請求項1又は2に記載の容器。
- 水分及び酸化に感受性がある産物が、ラクトバチルス・ロイテリ(Lactobacillus reuteri)などの乳酸産生菌である、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 非水液中の水分及び酸化に感受性がある産物の安定性を延長する方法であって、
a)感受性産物を油に加えること、及びゆっくり混合して均質懸濁液を形成すること、
b)均質懸濁液を瓶に分配すること、並びに
c)前記瓶を密閉する前に瓶中に乾燥剤ポリマーストリップ又は乾燥剤フィルムを配置すること
を含む、上記方法。 - 非水液中の水分及び酸化に感受性がある産物の貯蔵寿命を延長する方法であって、
a)中鎖トリグリセリド及びヒマワリ油と二酸化珪素を組み合わせて混合物を形成すること、
b)混合物を均質化すること、
c)乳酸産生菌を混合物に加えること、及び再度ゆっくり混合して均質懸濁液を形成すること、
d)器の中に均質懸濁液を入れること、及び均質懸濁液を窒素で覆うこと、
e)均質懸濁液を瓶に分配すること、及び
f)前記瓶を密閉する前に瓶中に乾燥剤フィルムストリップを配置すること
を含む、上記方法。 - 水分及び酸化に感受性がある産物が乳酸産生菌である、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 乳酸産生菌がラクトバチルス・ロイテリ(Lactobacillus reuteri)を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- ラクトバチルス・ロイテリ(Lactobacillus reuteri)菌が凍結乾燥粉末形態にある、請求項8に記載の方法。
- ストリップが、0.6mm厚及び15mm幅などの0.2〜5mm厚及び5〜25mm幅である、請求項5から9までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
