Abstract
【解決手段】車両前後方向に延びる光軸上に配置された投影レンズと、前記投影レンズの後側焦点面よりも後方側に配置された光源ユニットと、を備えた車両用灯具ユニットにおいて、前記光源ユニットは、内周面に反射面が形成された複数の筒部と、前記筒部の一端である入射口から当該筒部内に入射し前記反射面で反射されて前記筒部の他端である出射口から出射する光を発光する複数の半導体発光素子と、を備えており、前記複数の筒部の出射口は、前記投影レンズの後側焦点面より後方側において、略水平方向に隣接配置されており、前記複数の筒部の出射口のうち互いに隣接する出射口は、同一の縦エッジを含んで構成されるとともに当該同一の縦エッジで仕切られており、前記複数の筒部はそれぞれ、前記出射口から前記入射口に向かうにつれ略錐体状に狭まる形状に構成されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- 車両前後方向に延びる光軸上に配置された投影レンズと、前記投影レンズの後側焦点面よりも後方側に配置された光源ユニットと、を備えた車両用灯具ユニットにおいて、
前記光源ユニットは、内周面に反射面が形成された複数の筒部と、前記筒部の一端である入射口から当該筒部内に入射し前記反射面で反射されて前記筒部の他端である出射口から出射する光を発光する複数の半導体発光素子と、を備えており、
前記複数の筒部の出射口は、前記投影レンズの後側焦点面より後方側において、略水平方向に隣接配置されており、
前記複数の筒部の出射口のうち互いに隣接する出射口は、同一の縦エッジを含んで構成されるとともに当該同一の縦エッジで仕切られており、
前記複数の筒部はそれぞれ、前記出射口から前記入射口に向かうにつれ略錐体状に狭まる形状に構成されていることを特徴とする車両用灯具ユニット。 - 前記複数の筒部を含む導光部材をさらに備えており、
前記複数の半導体発光素子は、発光面が車両前方を向いた姿勢で、水平方向に一列に配置されており、
前記導光部材は、前記複数の半導体発光素子からの光が前記複数の筒部の入射口から前記複数の筒部内に入射するように、前記複数の半導体発光素子の前方に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具ユニット。
