Claims (9)
- 基体上にDLCコーティング(12)を備えるスライド要素、特にピストンリングであって、DLCより軟質の材料(14)が、前記DLCコーティング(12)の表面に埋め込まれ、スライド要素が接触してスライドするスライド相手に前記DLCコーティングで接触する、スライド要素。
- 前記より軟質の材料(14)は、前記DLCコーティング(12)より軟質の、金属または金属酸化物、特に、鉄または鉄クロム化合物またはその酸化物を含む、請求項1に記載のスライド要素。
- 前記DLCコーティング(12)の前記表面は、その面積の15〜60%、望ましくは20〜40%の量の前記より軟質の材料(14)を含む、請求項1または2に記載のスライド要素。
- 前記より軟質の材料(14)が埋め込まれている前記DLCコーティング(12)の領域は、前記DLCコーティング(12)の前記表面から1μmの深さ、望ましくは0.5μmの深さまで延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のスライド要素。
- 前記表面は、平均粗さRZが2μm未満、望ましくは1μm未満であり、および/または、初期摩耗高さRPKが0.15μm未満、望ましくは0.1μm未満である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のスライド要素。
- 前記基体と前記DLCコーティングとの間に金属、望ましくはクロム、チタン、またはタングステンの接着層をさらに含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のスライド要素。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の前記スライド要素を製造する方法であって、前記スライド要素が接触してスライドするスライド相手に接触する前記スライド要素のDLCコーティングの表面に、DLCより軟質の材料が組み込まれる、方法。
- 前記DLCコーティングより軟質の金属または金属酸化物、特に、鉄または鉄クロム化合物またはその酸化物が、前記DLCコーティングの前記表面に前記より軟質の材料として組み込まれる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記より軟質の材料は、コーティングによって、または加工によって、前記DLCコーティングの前記表面に組み込まれる、請求項8に記載の方法。
