Abstract
Description
(A)Siに結合されたヒドロキシ基を有するオルガノポリシロキサンと、
(B)Siに結合された水素原子を有するオルガノポリシロキサンと、
(C)白金触媒と、
(D)補強性充填剤と、
(E)場合により、非補強性充填剤と、
(F)場合により、Siに結合されたヒドロキシル基とSiに結合された水素原子との白金触媒による反応を室温で遅延させる抑制剤と、
を含有する組成物であって、但し、
オルガノポリシロキサン(A)が、500〜100000000mPa・sの25℃での粘度を有し、
白金触媒(C)が、リン酸トリスアミド配位子を含まず、
補強性充填剤(D)が、組成物の全質量に対して少なくとも3質量%の量で含まれており、
非補強性充填剤(F)が、補強性充填剤(D)よりも少量で含まれており、
付着助剤としての反応性シランの使用並びにSiに結合されたヒドロキシル基及び/又はアルコキシ基の縮合反応を促進する付加的な縮合触媒の使用を除く前記組成物である。
R1は、一価の、脂肪族の、置換もしくは非置換のC1〜C10−炭化水素基を意味し、
R2は、ヒドロキシ基、アルコキシ基を意味し、
aは、0、1、2又は3の値を意味し、
bは、0、1、2又は3の値を意味するが、但し、a+bの合計は、≦3である]の単位からの直鎖状もしくは分枝鎖状のオルガノポリシロキサン(但し、平均して少なくとも2個のヒドロキシ基である基R2が一分子あたりに存在する)が使用される。
R3は、一価の、脂肪族の、置換もしくは非置換のC1〜C10−炭化水素基を意味し、
R4は、水素を意味し、
cは、0、1、2又は3の値を意味し、かつ
dは、0又は1の値を意味するが、但し、合計c+dは、≦3である]の単位からの直鎖状もしくは分枝鎖状のオルガノポリシロキサン(但し、平均して少なくとも2個の基R4が一分子あたりに存在する)が使用される。
R1は、それについて上述の意味を有し、
gは、0又は1、好ましくは0であり、
kは、0又は1〜500の整数、好ましくは0〜300の整数であり、
lは、0又は1〜200の整数、好ましくは10〜100の整数であるが、但し、合計l+kは、1〜500の整数である]のオルガノポリシロキサン(但し、平均して1分子あたり少なくとも2個のSiに結合された水素原子が含まれている)である。
コーティングされたテキスタイル面の示される測定値は、引用されたISO規格に相応して測定されたものである。これらの試験法は、特に工学的テキスタイルの製造の分野で、殊にエアバッグの製造において確立されており(このためには、"Anforderungen und Pruefbedingungen Luftsack−Material(エアバッグ材料の必要条件と試験条件)",EASC 9904 0180 des European Airbag Standardization Committee(欧州エアバッグ標準化委員会のEASC 9904 0180),Ausgabe A08(A08版)を参照のこと)、前記試験法は、比較的容易な手段によってコーティング安定性の評価を可能にする。
末端ジメチルシラノール基を有する25℃で20000mPa sの粘度を有する直鎖状ジメチルポリシロキサン32kgと、末端ジメチルシラノール基を有する25℃で80000mPa sの粘度を有する直鎖状ジメチルポリシロキサン24kgと、末端ジメチルシラノール基を有する25℃で1000mPa sの粘度を有する直鎖状ジメチルポリシロキサン28kgとを、混練機中で、WACKER HDK(登録商標)SKS−130型のBET表面積130m2/gを有する疎水性化された高分散性の熱分解法ケイ酸16kgと一緒に低減された圧力下で混合する。引き続き、1−エチニルシクロヘキサン−1−オール50gと、白金ジビニルテトラメチルシロキサン錯体をジメチルポリシロキサン中にとかしたもの0.11kg(組成物の全質量に対して12ppmの白金含量に相当)とを、連続的に混合しつつ添加する。該混合物を、完全に混合されるまで15分にわたって更に撹拌する。

付着性: 280N/5cm(ISO 53530)

末端ジメチルシラノール基を有する25℃で20000mPa sの粘度を有する直鎖状ジメチルポリシロキサン44kgと、末端ジメチルシラノール基を有する25℃で80000mPa sの粘度を有する直鎖状ジメチルポリシロキサン44kgとを、混練機中で、WACKER HDK(登録商標)SKS−130型のBET表面積130m2/gを有する疎水性化された高分散性の熱分解法ケイ酸12kgと一緒に低減された圧力下で混合する。引き続き、1−エチニルシクロヘキサン−1−オール50gと、白金ジビニルテトラメチルシロキサン錯体をジメチルポリシロキサン中にとかしたもの0.11kg(組成物の全質量に対して12ppmの白金含量に相当)とを、連続的に混合しつつ添加する。

末端ジメチルシラノール基を有する25℃で50000mPa sの粘度を有する直鎖状ジメチルポリシロキサン88kgを、羽根型撹拌機中で、WACKER HDK(登録商標)SKS−130型のBET表面積130m2/gを有する疎水性化された高分散性の熱分解法ケイ酸12kgと一緒に混合する。引き続き、1−エチニルシクロヘキサン−1−オール50gと、白金ジビニルテトラメチルシロキサン錯体をジメチルポリシロキサン中にとかしたもの0.11kg(組成物の全質量に対して12ppmの白金含量に相当)とを、連続的に混合しつつ添加する。該混合物を、完全に混合されるまで15分にわたって更に撹拌する。こうして得られた材料100gを、トリメチルシリル末端基を有する25℃で25mPa sの粘度を有するメチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン5gと混合する。この混合物を、ドクターブレードを用いてポリアミド6.6製の織物(470dtex;185g/m2の加工前質量)上にコーティングし、そして循環空気炉中で170℃で約2分にわたり加硫させる。こうしてコーティングされた織物は、28g/m2のコーティング質量を示し、かつ以下の測定値を示す:

末端ジメチルビニルシリル基を有する25℃で900mPa sの粘度を有する直鎖状ジメチルポリシロキサン12.2kgと、末端ジメチルビニルシリル基を有する25℃で7000mPa sの粘度を有する直鎖状ジメチルポリシロキサン7.3kgと、末端ジメチルビニルシリル基を有する25℃で20400mPa sの粘度を有する直鎖状ジメチルポリシロキサン45kgと、末端ジメチルビニルシリル基を有する25℃で1000mPa sの粘度を有する直鎖状ジメチルポリシロキサン12.5kgとを、溶解機で、WACKER HDK(登録商標)SKS−130型のBET表面積130m2/gを有する疎水性化された高分散性の熱分解法ケイ酸19kgと一緒に混合する。引き続き、1−エチニルシクロヘキサン−1−オール25gと、白金ジビニルテトラメチルシロキサン錯体をジメチルポリシロキサン中にとかしたもの0.25kg(組成物の全質量に対して28ppmの白金含量に相当)と、セリウム−2−エチルヘキサノエート溶液(ナフサ中40%)42gとを、連続的に混合しつつ添加する。

Claims (10)
- (A)Siに結合されたヒドロキシ基を有するオルガノポリシロキサンと、
(B)Siに結合された水素原子を有するオルガノポリシロキサンと、
(C)白金触媒と、
(D)補強性充填剤と、
(E)場合により、非補強性充填剤と、
(F)場合により、Siに結合されたヒドロキシル基とSiに結合された水素原子との白金触媒による反応を室温で遅延させる抑制剤と、
を含有する組成物であって、但し、
オルガノポリシロキサン(A)が、500〜100000000mPa・sの25℃での粘度を有し、
白金触媒(C)が、リン酸トリスアミド配位子を含まず、
補強性充填剤(D)が、組成物の全質量に対して少なくとも3質量%の量で含まれており、
非補強性充填剤(F)が、補強性充填剤(D)よりも少量で含まれており、
付着助剤としての反応性シランの使用並びにSiに結合されたヒドロキシル基及び/又はアルコキシ基の縮合反応を促進する付加的な縮合触媒の使用を除く前記組成物。 - 請求項1に記載の組成物を製造する方法において、請求項1に定義される成分(A)、(B)、(C)、(D)及び場合により(E)及び(F)を互いに混合することを特徴とする前記方法。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物を硬化させることによって製造される成形体。
- 硬化が50〜200℃の温度で行われることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の成形体。
- 請求項3又は4に記載の成形体であって、それがコーティング又は被覆であることを特徴とする前記成形体。
- コーティングの製造方法であって、請求項1に記載の組成物を、コーティングされるべき基材上に塗布し、引き続き該組成物を硬化させることによって行う前記方法。
- 硬化を50〜200℃の温度で行うことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 基材がテキスタイル平面状構造物であることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- テキスタイル平面状構造物がエアバッグ材料であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- コーティングされたテキスタイル平面状構造物であって、テキスタイル平面状構造物が請求項1に記載の組成物でコーティングされていることを特徴とする前記テキスタイル平面状構造物。
