Claims (17)
- 排出開口(6)を有する排出ノズル(5)を備え、排出ノズル中に内側スリーブ(7)が配置され、内側スリーブが媒体ダクト(8)を有し且つバネ付勢された弁体(10)を保持し、弁体が排出開口(6)を自動的に閉鎖するようにした、流体排出ヘッドにおいて、弁体(10)は、内側スリーブ(7)によって形成されるシリンダ室(12)内で軸方向に移動され得るシリンダピストンとして形成され、上方の弁座(14)及び下方の弁座(15)がピストン端部(16,17)に対して備えられ、弁体(10)が媒体ダクト(8)に連結される圧力室(19)の室底部を形成する中間の弁板(18)を有し、上方の弁座(14)を開放するために、弁体(10)を閉鎖状態に保持するバネ力より高い媒体排出圧が圧力室内で設定されることを特徴とする、流体排出ヘッド。
- 中間の弁板(18)が、上方の弁座(14)に関して圧力室(19)を密閉することを特徴とする、請求項1による流体排出ヘッド。
- 中間の弁板(18)が、弁体(10)をその上下動時にシリンダ室(12)内でガイドする環状密閉リップとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2による流体排出ヘッド。
- 下方の弁座(15)が、漏斗状に拡大するピストン端部(17)を密閉して保持することを特徴とする、請求項1から3の何れかによる流体排出ヘッド。
- 少なくとも一方の弁座(14,15)が、ピストン端部(16,17)のための案内軸受として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4の何れかによる流体排出ヘッド。
- 内側スリーブ(7)が、排出装置(2)の係合部分(4)に連結するための連結要素(9)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から5の何れかによる流体排出ヘッド。
- シリンダ室(12)がポット状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6の何れかによる流体排出ヘッド。
- 媒体ダクト(8)が、通路ダクト(21)として弁体(10)を通って延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7の何れかによる流体排出ヘッド。
- 通路ダクト(21)が弁体(10)の中心を通っていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8の何れかによる流体排出ヘッド。
- シリンダ室(12)が、弁体(10)のバネのプレストレスに対する圧縮バネ(20)のための支持面として、肩部(27)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から9の何れかによる流体排出ヘッド。
- 上方の弁座(14)が軸受け筒(24)内に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10の何れかによる流体排出ヘッド。
- 軸受け筒(24)がスロット付き自立ブッシュとして、排出ノズル(5)と一体に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項11による流体排出ヘッド。
- 軸受け筒(24)が、挿入可能な要素(29)として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項11による流体排出ヘッド。
- 挿入された要素(29)が、脚(30)を備えた蜘蛛状に形成されていて、上側に渦巻きダクト(31)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項13による流体排出ヘッド。
- 圧力室(19)が、前方流容器によって排出開口(6)を包囲していることを特徴とする、請求項1から14の何れかによる流体排出ヘッド。
- 媒体ダクト(8)が、互いに隣接し且つ流体排出ヘッド(1)内に配置されるダクト部分及び/又は媒体空間の形態で、媒体ガイド(34)の排出部分(26)に隣接していることを特徴とする、請求項1から15の何れかによる流体排出ヘッド。
- 媒体ダクト(8)が、媒体の逆流に対して弁(32)により防護される排出システム(33)の室状排出部分(26)に連結され得ることを特徴とする、請求項16による流体排出ヘッド。
