実施例
例1 化学量論Mo12Co7Fe3K0.08Bi0.6Cr0.5の前駆体材料Aの製造
溶液A:
10lの特殊鋼容器に水3200gを装入した。アンカー型攪拌機による撹拌下に、KOH溶液(KOH32質量%)4.9gを、装入した水に添加した。溶液を60℃に加熱した。次いでヘプタモリブデン酸アンモニウム溶液((NH4)6Mo7O24*4H2O、Mo54質量%)1066gを少量ずつ、10分間にわたって添加した。得られた懸濁液をさらに10分間、後攪拌した。
5lの特殊鋼容器に硝酸コバルト(II)溶液(Co12.4質量%)1663gを装入し、撹拌下(アンカー型攪拌機)で60℃に加熱した。次いでこの温度を維持しながら、硝酸鉄(III)溶液(Fe13.6質量%)616gを10分間にわたって少量ずつ添加した。得られた溶液を10分間、後攪拌した。次いでこの温度を維持しながら、硝酸ビスマス溶液(Bi10.9質量%)575gを添加した。さらに10分間、後攪拌した後に、硝酸クロム(III)を少量ずつ固体で添加し、生じた暗赤色の溶液を10分間、さらに撹拌した。
60℃を維持しながら、チューブポンプで15分以内に溶液Bを溶液Aに添加した。添加の間およびその後に、強力ミキサー(ウルトラ・ツラックス)により撹拌した。添加が終了した後に、さらに5分間、引き続き撹拌した。
得られた懸濁液をNIRO社の噴霧塔(噴霧ヘッド No.F0A1、回転数25000回転/分)中で、1.5時間の時間にわたって噴霧乾燥した。その際、受け器温度は60℃に維持した。噴霧塔の気体入口温度は300℃であり、気体出口温度は110℃であった。得られた粉末は、40μmより小さい粒径(d90)を有していた。
得られた粉末を回分式(500g)で、強制空気循環炉(500Nl/h)中、フタをした陶製シャーレに入れて、460℃でか焼した。
比較シェル触媒VS1の製造
前駆体材料A49.5gを担体(粗粒状の層を有する2〜3mmのステアタイト球)424g上に施与した。このために、担体をコーティングドラム(内部容積2l、ドラムの中心軸の傾斜角度は水平線に対して30゜)中に装入した。ドラムを回転させた(25回転/分)。圧縮空気により運転される噴霧ノズルにより約30分にわたって液状の結合剤(グリセリン:水の10:1の混合物)約32mlを担体上に噴霧した(噴霧空気500Nl/h)。その際、ノズルは、噴霧コーンが、ドラム中で搬送される担体を転がり区間の上半分で濡らすように設置した。微粉状の前駆体材料Aを粉末用スクリューによりドラムに導入し、その際、粉末を添加する箇所は、転がり区間内であるが、しかし噴霧コーン下に存在していた。その際、粉末の添加は、表面上での粉末の均一な分散が生じるように行った。被覆終了後に、前駆体材料Aおよび担体から生じたシェル触媒を、乾燥棚中、120℃で2時間乾燥させた。
MoO3 24.7gをVS1の際の手順に相応して、担体(粗粒状の層を有する直径2〜3mmのステアタイト球)400g上に施与した。VS1に記載した方法とは異なって、細孔形成剤(ノニルフェノールエトキシレート2.47g、BASF社製、Lutensol AP6)を結合剤(合計15ml)中に溶解し、かつモリブデン酸化物粉末には混合しなかった。といのも、これは液状の生成物であるからである。得られた生成物はS2aであった。
前駆体材料A49.5gを、メラミン4.95gと混合した。得られた粉末をVS1の際の手順に相応してS2a 424g上に施与した。使用量および方法はVS1と同様であった。
MoO3 24.71gをVS1の際の手順に相応して、担体(粗粒状の層を有する直径2〜3mmのステアタイト球)400g上に施与した。結合剤の使用量は10ml、施与時間は15分であった。VS1とは異なって、300℃で120分間か焼したのみであった。得られた生成物はS3aであった。
前駆体材料A49.5gを、メラミン4.95gと完全に混合した。得られた粉末をVS1の際の手順に相応してS3a 424g上に施与した。結合剤の使用量は31ml、施与時間は43分であった。得られた二重のシェルを有するシェル触媒はS3であった。
MoO3 24.71gをVS1の際の手順に相応して、担体(粗粒状の層を有する直径2〜3mmのステアタイト球)400g上に施与した。結合剤の使用量は13ml、施与時間は24分であった。VS1とは異なって、300℃で120分間か焼したのみであった。得られた生成物はS4aであった。第二工程で、シェル触媒S4を以下のとおりに製造した:前駆体材料A49.5gを、VS1の際の手順に相応してS4a 425g上に施与した。結合剤の使用量は31ml、施与時間は36分であった。得られた二重のシェルを有するシェル触媒はS4であった。

- (a)担体、
(b)モリブデン酸化物またはモリブデン酸化物を形成する前駆体化合物を含有する第一の層、
(c)モリブデンおよび少なくとも1の別の金属を含有する多金属酸化物を含有する第二の層
を含むシェル触媒。 - 第一の層のモリブデン酸化物が、MoO3であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のシェル触媒。
- 第二の層のモリブデンを含有する多金属酸化物が、一般式II

- 有機化合物の接触気相酸化のための方法における、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のシェル触媒の使用。
- 1−ブテンおよび/または2−ブテンからブタジエンへの酸化脱水素のための方法における請求項5記載の使用。
