Claims (13)
- 形状可変型の基板;
前記基板と接触する第1導電層;
前記第1導電層の一部と接触する第1電極層;
前記基板と接触し、第1導電層と同一平面上に位置する第2導電層;
前記第2導電層と接触する集電体;
前記第2導電層及び集電体と接触する導電性接着剤;
前記集電体と接触し、前記第1電極層と反対極性の第2電極層;
前記第1電極層と第2電極層の間に位置するイオン伝導性高分子電解質;及び
前記イオン伝導性高分子電解質を密封する接着剤を含むことを特徴とする、電池一体型イオントフォレシスパッチ。 - 前記基板は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート及びポリアクリロニトリルのいずれか1種でなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池一体型イオントフォレシスパッチ。
- 前記第1導電層は、カーボン粉末及び銀粉末のいずれか1種を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池一体型イオントフォレシスパッチ。
- 前記第1電極層は、二酸化マンガン粉末、カーボン粉末及びバインダーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池一体型イオントフォレシスパッチ。
- 前記バインダーは、ポリエチレンオキシド、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルピロリドン及びポリメチルメタクリレートのいずれか1種またはこれらの組合せでなることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電池一体型イオントフォレシスパッチ。
- 前記第2導電層は、カーボン粉末、銀粉末及びニッケル粉末のいずれか1種を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池一体型イオントフォレシスパッチ。
- 前記集電体はカーボン粉末を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池一体型イオントフォレシスパッチ。
- 前記接着剤は両面テープであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池一体型イオントフォレシスパッチ。
- 前記第2電極層は、亜鉛粉末、カーボン粉末及びバインダーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池一体型イオントフォレシスパッチ。
- 前記バインダーは、ポリエチレンオキシド、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルピロリドン及びポリメチルメタクリレートのいずれか1種またはこれらの組合でなることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電池一体型イオントフォレシスパッチ。
- 前記イオン伝導性高分子電解質は、塩化亜鉛、塩化アンモニウム及び塩化ナトリウムのいずれか1種またはこれらの組合せを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池一体型イオントフォレシスパッチ。
- 前記導電性接着剤は、カーボン粉末及び金属粉末のいずれか1種またはこれらの組合せを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池一体型イオントフォレシスパッチ。
- 皮膚に付着しやすく形状が可変な絶縁材のバッキング層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池一体型イオントフォレシスパッチ。
