Abstract
本発明は、合成樹脂材料の合成方法に関する。本発明によれば、a)少なくとも1つのエチレンポリマーを準備し、b)前記エチレンポリマーに対し少なくとも1つの架橋剤を加え、c)前記架橋剤によって、前記エチレンポリマーの少なくとも一部を架橋し、d)c)で得られた生成物に少なくとも1つのプロピレンポリマーを加え、e)前記プロピレンポリマーの少なくも一部を、c)で得られた生成物と共に架橋することによって、遂行される。本発明は、更に本方法によって製造された合成樹脂材料、またそれによって製造された合成樹脂製品に関する。

Claims (15)
- 合成樹脂材料の配合方法であって、
a)少なくとも1つのエチレンポリマー(2)を準備するステップと、
b)前記エチレンポリマー(2)に対し少なくとも1つの架橋剤(4,5)を加えるステップと、
c)前記架橋剤(4,5)によって、前記エチレンポリマー(2)の少なくとも一部を架橋(7)するステップと、
d)ステップc)で得られた生成物に少なくとも1つのプロピレンポリマー(8)を加えるステップと、
e)前記プロピレンポリマー(8)の少なくも一部を、ステップc)で得られた生成物と共に架橋するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
エチレン−プロピレン−ジエンゴムと、エテンと別のアルケンとの共重合体からなるグループから選択されたポリマーが、前記エチレンポリマー(2)として使用されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の方法であって、
プロペンと別のアルケンとの共重合体が、前記プロピレンポリマー(8)として使用されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記架橋剤(4,5)は、過酸化物からなることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項4に記載の方法であって、
前記過酸化物は、ポリプロピレンを主成分とする樹脂に包埋されていることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記架橋剤(4,5)は、重合反応のための反応種が当該架橋剤(4,5)から遊離されるのを促進する機能を果たす促進剤(5)を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、
ステップb)及び/又はステップd)で混合された合成樹脂材料に、少なくとも1つの添加剤(3,9)が加えられ、前記添加剤(3,9)は、帯電防止剤、酸化防止剤、ポリエチレンマスターバッチ及び充填剤からなるグループから選択されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から7のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、
ステップd)において、或いはステップd)とステップe)との間において配合された合成樹脂材料に、架橋剤が再び加えられることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から8のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造可能な合成樹脂材料であって、
・少なくとも1つのエチレンポリマー(2)が37から40[%]までの比率とされ、
・少なくとも1つのプロピレンポリマー(8)が56から59[%]までの比率とされ、
・架橋剤(4,5)が0.1から0.3[%]までの比率とされ、
・少なくとも1つの添加剤(3,9)が0.7から6.9[%]までの比率とされていることを特徴とする合成樹脂材料。 - 請求項9に記載の合成樹脂材料であって、
ISO 527にしたがって測定された弾性係数が400から500[MPa]までとされていることを特徴とする合成樹脂材料。 - 請求項9又は10に記載の合成樹脂材料であって、
ISO 527−1で測定された引張応力が12.5から14.0[MPa]までとされていることを特徴とする合成樹脂材料。 - 請求項9から11のうちのいずれか一項に記載の合成樹脂材料であって、
ISO 527−2にしたがって測定された引張歪みが400から750[%]までとされていることを特徴とする合成樹脂材料。 - 請求項9から12のうちのいずれか一項に記載の合成樹脂材料であって、
ASTM D 2240にしたがって測定されたショアD硬さが40から50までとされていることを特徴とする合成樹脂材料。 - 請求項9から13のうちのいずれか一項に記載の合成樹脂材料であって、
ISO 1133にしたがって5[kg]の質量、及び230[℃]の温度で測定されたメルトフローインデックスが10から35[g/10min]までとされていることを特徴とする合成樹脂材料。 - 請求項9から14のうちのいずれか一項に記載の合成樹脂材料から製造された合成樹脂製品。
