Abstract

Claims (9)
- 対象物(1)の3次元座標を決定する方法であって、
対象物(1)が、コード化された基準マーク(7,8)を有する複数のリファレンスプローブ(2,3,4,5,6)に取り囲まれ、
対象物(1)の複数の撮影画像(10,11,12,13,14)が、対象物(1)の一部、およびリファレンスプローブ(2〜6)の一部がそれぞれのケースにおいて含まれるように撮影されることを特徴とする対象物(1)の3次元座標の決定方法。 - 請求項1の方法であって、
いくつか、または全てのリファレンスプローブ(2,3,6)は、3次元センサ(9)の計測領域よりも長いことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1および請求項2のうち何れか1項の方法であって、
いくつか、または全てのリファレンスプローブ(2〜6)は、棒形状を有していることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から請求項3のうち何れか1項の方法であって、
