Abstract
【解決手段】油圧制御弁は、第1、2の油圧通路が形成され、スプールが内設されているバルブブロック1と、第1、2のアクチュエータポート6,7にそれぞれ連結される第1、2のアクチュエータ通路8,9と、第1のアクチュエータ通路8に一端が分岐し接続される第1、2の流路21,23と、第2のアクチュエータ通路9に一端が分岐し接続され、第1の流路21の他端に連通される第4の流路26と、第1、2のアクチュエータポート6,7の何れかに過負荷が生じた場合、過負荷の発生したアクチュエータポート側の作動油をリリーフさせ、リリーフされた作動油を過負荷が生じていない他のアクチュエータポートに補充供給するリリーフ弁10とを含む。

Claims (2)
- 油圧ポンプから作動油が供給される第1のポンプ通路と、前記第1のポンプ通路にパラレルに接続する第2のポンプ通路とが形成されているバルブブロックと、
外部からのパイロット信号圧により前記バルブブロックに切換可能に組み合わされ、切換時、油圧ポンプから油圧モータに供給される作動油を制御するスプールと、
前記スプールの切換に応じて前記第2のポンプ通路を第1、2のアクチュエータポートにそれぞれ連結する第1、2のアクチュエータ通路と、
前記スプールの切換に応じて前記第1、2のアクチュエータ通路を油圧タンクにそれぞれ連結するタンク通路と、
前記第1のアクチュエータ通路に一端が分岐し接続され、第1のチェック弁が設けられている第1の流路と、
前記第1のアクチュエータ通路に一端が分岐し接続され、第2のチェック弁が設けられている第2の流路と、
前記第2のアクチュエータ通路に一端が分岐し接続され、前記第1の流路の他端に連通し、第3のチェック弁が設けられている第3の流路と、
前記第2のアクチュエータ通路に一端が分岐し接続され、前記第2の流路の他端に連通し、第4のチェック弁が設けられている第4の流路と、
前記第1流路と前記第3流路との交差部に一端が連通し、前記第2の流路と前記第4流路との交差部に他端が連通している通路と、
前記通路に設けられ、前記第1、2のアクチュエータポートのいずれかに過負荷が生じた場合、過負荷の生じたアクチュエータポート側の作動油をリリーフさせ、リリーフされた作動油を過負荷が生じていない他のアクチュエータポートに補充供給するリリーフ弁と、を含むことを特徴とする油圧制御弁。 - 前記スプール及び前記第1、3のチェック弁は、一つのブロック内に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧制御弁。
