Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 弁棒を弁体に接続する装置であって、
ネジ切りされた開口部を有した弁体と、
外面のまわりにネジ山を有する弁棒と、
前記ネジ切りされた開口部または前記外面のうちの少なくとも一つから延びている隣接する開口部と、
前記弁棒と前記弁体とを回転できないように一緒に固定するために前記隣接する開口部内に受けられる固定部材とを備えており、
前記ネジ山が前記弁体の前記ネジ切りされた開口部により受けられるように構成されている、装置。 - 前記弁体が溶接不能な材料からなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記固定部材が溶接部を介して前記弁棒に付着されてなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記隣接する開口部が前記弁体内にフライス加工されてなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記隣接する開口部が前記弁棒内にフライス加工されてなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記弁棒が長手方向の軸線を有しており、前記弁体が、前記ネジ切りされた開口部内に受けられる前記弁棒の前記長手方向の軸線に対してほぼ垂直に設けられた面を有しており、前記面内に配置された前記隣接する開口部が、前記弁棒のうちの前記面を越えて位置する部分に対するアクセスを可能とするように構成されてなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記固定部材が溶接部を介して前記弁棒に付着されてなる、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記弁棒が溶接不能な材料からなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記固定部材が溶接部を介して前記弁体に付着されてなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 固定部材が、前記弁棒または前記弁部材のうちの少なくとも一つに溶接不能な材料からなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 弁棒を弁体に接続する装置であって、
内面を具備する開口部を有した弁体と、
外面を有した弁棒と、
前記弁体の前記開口部または前記弁棒の前記外面のうちの少なくとも一つから延びた隣接する開口部と、
前記弁棒と前記弁体とを回転できないように一緒に固定するために前記隣接する開口部内に受けられる固定部材とを備えており、
前記内面と前記外面のうちの少なくとも一方の面が凹部を有し、前記内面と前記外面のうちの他方の面が前記一方の面の前記凹部により受けられる凸部を有してなる、装置。 - 前記弁体が溶接不能な材料からなる、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記固定部材が、前記凹部内に受けられる前記凸部を回転できないように一緒に固定するために、溶接部を介して前記弁棒に付着されてなる、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記隣接する開口部が前記弁体内にフライス加工されてなる、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記弁棒が長手方向の軸線を有しており、前記弁体が、前記弁体の前記開口部内に受けられる前記弁棒の前記長手方向の軸線に対してほぼ垂直に設けられた面を有しており、該面内に配置された前記隣接する開口部が、前記弁棒のうちの前記開口部内に位置する部分に対するアクセスを可能とするように構成されてなる、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記固定部材が溶接部を介して前記弁棒に付着されてなる、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記弁棒が溶接不能な材料からなる、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記固定部材が溶接部を介して前記弁体に付着されてなる、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記固定部材が、前記弁棒または前記弁部材のうちの少なくとも一つに溶接不能な材料からなる、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記隣接する開口部が前記弁棒内にフライス加工されてなる、請求項11に記載の装置。
