Abstract
【解決手段】 太陽電池20の電極上に、導電性接着フィルム10と配線材30とをこの順序で重畳し第1の条件で圧着して配線材を太陽電池に仮固定する工程と、仮固定した太陽電池20の不良品の有無を検査する検査工程と、検査工程で不良と判定した太陽電池20aを取り除き、良品の太陽電池20rと交換し、導電性接着フィルム10を間に挟んで第1の条件で圧着することにより良品の太陽電池20rに配線材30を仮固定する工程と、配線材30が仮固定され配列された太陽電池20を、第1の条件より高温の第2の条件により導電性接着フィルム10を熱硬化させて太陽電池20と配線材30を固定する工程と、を備える。

Claims (3)
- 太陽電池の電極に樹脂接着剤を用いて配線材を電気的に接続させる工程を備える太陽電池モジュールの製造方法において、
太陽電池の電極上に、樹脂接着剤と配線材とをこの順序で重畳し第1の条件で圧着して配線材を太陽電池に仮固定する工程と、
仮固定した太陽電池の不良品の有無を検査する検査工程と、
前記検査工程で不良と判定した太陽電池を取り除き、良品の太陽電池と交換し、樹脂接着剤を間に挟んで第1の条件で圧着することにより良品の太陽電池に配線材を仮固定する工程と、
配線材が仮固定され配列された太陽電池を、前記第1の条件よりも高温の第2の条件により前記樹脂接着剤を熱硬化させて太陽電池と配線材を固定する工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 太陽電池の電極に樹脂接着剤を用いて配線材を電気的に接続させる工程を備える太陽電池モジュールの製造方法において、
太陽電池の電極上に、樹脂接着剤と配線材とをこの順序で重畳し第1の条件で圧着して配線材を太陽電池に仮固定する工程と、
仮固定した太陽電池の不良品の有無を検査する検査工程と、
前記検査工程で不良と判定した太陽電池を取り除き、良品の太陽電池と交換し、樹脂接着剤を間に挟んで第1の条件で圧着することにより良品の太陽電池に配線材を仮固定する工程と、
配線材で仮固定され配列された複数の太陽電池を受光側の表面部材と裏面部材との間に封止用樹脂剤によってラミネートする工程と、
前記第1の条件よりも高温の第2の条件で樹脂接着剤を熱硬化させて太陽電池と配線材を固定するとともに、前記封止用樹脂剤をキュアする工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記第1の条件は、温度90℃以下の条件であり、前記第2の条件は温度120℃以上200℃以下の条件であることを特徴とする請求項1又2に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
