Description
−ホルムアルデヒド、グルタルアルデヒド、グリオキサールのようなアルデヒド。
−エタノール、プロパノール、イソプロパノールのようなアルコール。
−過酸化水素、過酢酸、ペルオキソー硫酸塩カリウムのようなペル化合物。
−次亜塩素酸ナトリウム、二酸化塩素、亜塩素酸ナトリウム、クロラミンのようなハロゲン。
−m−クレゾール、p−塩素−m−クレゾール、p−塩素−m−キシレノールのようなハロゲン化フェノール。
−ベンザルコニウムのような第四アンモニウム化合物。
Claims (8)
- 流れる作動ガスの体積内に、放電を用いて、空中プラズマ噴流を発生し、
物品の表面の少なくとも一部に、プラズマ噴流を当て、
プラズマ噴流から表面へのエネルギー伝達によって消毒作用を行う、
物品を消毒するための方法。 - 流れる作動ガスの体積に、消毒物質を混合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 消毒物質としてガスを混合することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 消毒物質として液体を混合することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 流れる作動ガスの体積に、液状消毒物質を噴射、霧吹きまたは噴霧することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 放電領域の上流で消毒物質を作動ガスに混合することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 放電領域の範囲内で消毒物質を作動ガスに混合することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 放電領域の下流で消毒物質を作動ガスに混合することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
