- 印刷回路基板及び前記印刷回路基板に実装される安全素子と外部連結端子を含む保護回路基板において、
前記印刷回路基板は互いに段差を有する第1領域及び第2領域を含み、
前記安全素子は前記第1領域及び前記第2領域のうち厚さが薄い領域に実装されることを特徴とする保護回路基板。 - 前記外部連結端子は前記第1領域及び前記第2領域のうち厚さが厚い領域に実装されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護回路基板。
- 前記第1領域及び前記第2領域は相異なる個数の層で構成され、
前記第1及び第2領域のうち厚い領域がさらに多い層で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護回路基板。 - 前記安全素子と前記外部連結端子は前記印刷回路基板の相異なる面に実装されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護回路基板。
- 前記安全素子と前記外部連結端子は前記印刷回路基板の同じ面に実装されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護回路基板。
- 前記印刷回路基板は上部面及び下部面を含み、
前記第1及び第2領域は前記印刷回路基板の下部面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護回路基板。 - 前記安全素子は前記印刷回路基板の前記下部面に実装されて、前記外部連結端子は前記印刷回路基板の前記上部面に実装されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の保護回路基板。
- 前記印刷回路基板は上部面及び下部面を含み、

- ベアセル及び前記ベアセルの一側に位置して電気的に連結される保護回路基板を含むバッテリーパックにおいて、
前記保護回路基板は印刷回路基板及び前記印刷回路基板に実装される安全素子及び外部連結端子を含み、
前記印刷回路基板は互いに段差を有する第1領域及び第2領域を含んで、
前記安全素子は前記第1領域及び前記第2領域のうち厚さが薄い領域に実装されることを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記外部連結端子は前記第1領域及び前記第2領域のうち厚さが厚い領域に実装されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記第1領域及び前記第2領域は相異なる個数の層で構成され、
前記第1及び第2領域のうち厚い領域がさらに多い層で形成されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記安全素子と前記外部連結端子は前記印刷回路基板の相異なる面に実装されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記安全素子と前記外部連結端子は前記印刷回路基板の同じ面に実装されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記印刷回路基板は上部面及び下部面を含み、
