Abstract
【解決手段】脱硝触媒3と還元剤とを用いる排気浄化装置に、エンジン冷却媒体の熱により還元剤タンク5内に貯蔵された還元剤を加熱する還元剤加熱装置13と、還元剤加熱装置13へのエンジン冷却媒体の導入を制御する開閉装置14とを備える。コントローラ15は、エンジン冷却媒体の温度が第1の所定温度よりも高く、タンク5内の還元剤の温度が第2の所定温度よりも低く、運転室7内の温度が第3の所定温度よりも低い場合、開閉装置14を閉止状態に切り換え、暖房装置8の熱交換器8aに導かれるエンジン冷却媒体の流量を増加する。これにより、寒冷時に運転室7を優先的に暖房できるので、運転者の快適性を高めることができる。

Claims (1)
- エンジンの排気通路に付設され、排気通路内を流れる排気中の窒素酸化物を還元剤により選択的に還元処理する脱硝触媒と、還元剤を貯蔵する還元剤タンクと、還元剤タンク内に貯蔵された還元剤を排気通路内に噴射する還元剤供給装置と、還元剤タンク内に貯蔵された還元剤の温度を検出する還元剤温度検出器と、エンジン冷却媒体の熱により還元剤タンク内に貯蔵された還元剤を加熱する還元剤加熱装置と、還元剤加熱装置にエンジン冷却媒体を導く冷却媒体流路を開閉する開閉装置と、エンジン冷却媒体の温度を検出する冷却媒体温度検出器と、エンジン冷却媒体の熱により運転室内を加熱する暖房装置と、運転室内の温度を検出する運転室温度検出器と、前記各温度検出器から出力される検出温度信号を入力し、還元剤供給装置、開閉装置及び暖房装置の駆動を制御するコントローラとを備えたエンジン動力機械において、
前記コントローラは、前記冷却媒体温度検出器により検出されたエンジン冷却媒体の温度が第1の所定温度よりも高く、前記還元剤温度検出器により検出された還元剤の温度が第2の所定温度よりも低く、かつ前記運転室温度検出器により検出された運転室内の温度が第3の所定温度よりも低い場合、前記開閉装置を閉止状態に切り換えて前記還元剤加熱装置内へのエンジン冷却媒体の導入を遮断し、前記暖房装置に導かれるエンジン冷却媒体の流量を増加することを特徴とするエンジン動力機械。
