Abstract
【解決手段】U形の冷陰極管3の両端の端子に接続されたリード線11を、リアフレーム1に形成された溝形開口10から引き出すと共に、冷陰極管3の端子とリード線11との接続部分を包み込むように冷陰極管3の両端部にそれぞれ取り付けられた小型のランプソケット13を、リアフレーム1の溝形開口10の両端部に位置決めして抜け出さないように嵌め込んだ構成の液晶モジュールとする。冷陰極管3の両端部に取り付けたランプソケットの位置決めリブを溝形開口10の両端部の位置決めスリットに係合させ、ランプソケットの抜け止め爪を溝形開口10の両端部の開口縁に下方から係止させて、U形の冷陰極管3の両端部を確実に位置決めして固定する。

Claims (5)
- リアフレームの内部に光反射シートを設けて、その上にU形の冷陰極管を配設し、この冷陰極管の上方に光学シートと液晶パネルを配置した液晶モジュールにおいて、
冷陰極管の両端の端子に接続されたリード線を、リアフレームに形成された溝形開口から引き出すと共に、冷陰極管の端子とリード線との接続部分を包み込むように冷陰極管の両端部にそれぞれ取り付けられた小型のランプソケットを、リアフレームの溝形開口の両端部に位置決めして抜け出さないように嵌め込んだことを特徴とする液晶モジュール。 - ランプソケットに形成された位置決め用の係合部を、リアフレームに形成された位置決め用の被係合部に係合させて、リアフレームの溝形開口の両端部に嵌め込んだランプソケットを位置決めしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶モジュール。
- 位置決め用の係合部としてランプソケットのソケット本体の下面に形成された位置決めリブを、位置決め用の被係合部としてリアフレームの溝形開口の両端部の開口縁に形成された位置決めスリットに係合させて、ランプソケットを位置決めしたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の液晶モジュール。
- ランプソケットに形成された抜け止め用の係止部を、リアフレームに形成された抜け止め用の被係止部に係止させて、リアフレームの溝形開口の両端部に嵌め込んだランプソケットを抜け止めしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶モジュール。
- 抜け止め用の係止部としてランプソケットの脚部に形成された抜け止め爪を、抜け止め用の被係止部となるリアフレームの溝形開口の両端部の開口縁に下方から係止させて、ランプソケットを抜け止めしたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液晶モジュール。
