Description
サスペンションストラットドームが2つのハーフシェルから形成されること、及び
前記ハーフシェルが、それらの間にキャビティを形成しながら、サスペンションストラットドームの支持エリア中で相互に接触しており、それらの外側縁部で相互に連結しており、そして、車体構造での隣接する中空形材用の連結ノードを形成しているものとする、

Claims (5)
- 中空形材として設計される長手及び横断耐力部材(10,12)から形成される自動車の車体構造におけるサスペンションストラットドーム(1)であって、
ここで、前記サスペンションストラットドームは、サスペンションストラット(8)の支持エリア(7)においてシート補強を有するシート鋼製のシェルとして形成されるものとし、
前記サスペンションストラットドーム(1)が、2つのハーフシェル(2,3)から形成されること、及び
前記ハーフシェルが、それらの間でキャビティ(4)を形成しながら、サスペンションストラット(8)の支持エリア(7)中で相互に接触しており、それらの外側縁部(5,6)で相互に確実に連結しており、そして、車体構造の隣接する中空形材(10,12)用の連結ノードを形成していること、
を特徴とする、前記サスペンションストラットドーム。 - 2つのハーフシェル(2,3)の外側縁部(5,6)の連結部が、いかなるオーバーラップも含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車体構造。
- 外側縁部(5,6)が相互に隣接していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の車体構造。
- 車体構造の中空形材(10,12)が、それらの縁部で、連結ノードとして作用するサスペンションストラットドーム(1)を部分的に包囲し、そして、治金学的接合によって連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の車体構造。
- 車体構造の中空形材(10,12)が、連結ノードとして作用するサスペンションストラットドーム(1)によって包囲され、そして、治金学的接合によってそこへ連結していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の車体構造。
