E.1.2 1〜50重量%のビニルシアニド(アクリロニトリルやメタクリロニトリルなどの不飽和ニトリル)および/または(C1〜C8)−アルキル(メタ)アクリレート(たとえば、メチルメタクリレート、n−ブチルアクリレート、tert−ブチルアクリレート)および/または不飽和カルボン酸(たとえば、無水マレイン酸およびN−フェニルマレイミド)の誘導体(たとえば、無水物およびイミド)と、
を含む混合物である。
F)0.001〜10重量部、好ましくは0.05〜3重量部の他の従来の添加剤
を含みうる。
G)0.5〜30重量部、好ましくは1〜20重量部、とくに好ましくは2〜10重量部、最も好ましくは3〜7重量部の相溶化剤

B)少なくとも1種のオレフィン、好ましくは1種のα−オレフィンと、脂肪族アルコール、好ましくは5〜30個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族アルコールの少なくとも1種のメタクリル酸エステルまたはアクリル酸エステルとを含む0.1〜20重量部、好ましくは0.25〜15重量部、とくに好ましくは1.0〜10重量部の少なくとも1種のコポリマー(このMFIは、100g/10分以上、好ましくは150g/10分以上である)、
とを含み、本発明に係るポリアミド成形用組成物から作製される成形品または半製品を提供する。
・より低い密度;
・多くの場合、より等方的な収縮挙動(それにより、成形品の反り性が小さくなる);
・収縮レベルの減少(それにより、成形品の反り性が低減される);
・耐加水分解性の改良;
・成形品の表面品質の改良。
熱可塑性ポリアミドで慣用される以下の成分をさらなる添加剤として使用した:
核剤:0.01〜1重量%の量のタルク[CAS番号14807−96−6]。
安定剤:0.01〜1重量%の量の市販の立体障害フェノール。
離型剤:0.02〜2重量%の量のN,N’−エチレンビスステアリルアミド[CAS番号110−30−5]、カルシウムステアレート[CAS番号1592−23−0]。
DIN EN ISO527−2/1Aに準拠して引張りモジュラスおよび破断点引張応力を決定する引張試験
破断点引張り歪み:DIN EN ISO527−2/1Aに準拠して決定される伸長性
DIN EN ISO178に準拠して曲げモジュラス、曲げ強度、および外側繊維歪みを決定する曲げ試験
耐衝撃性:室温におけるISO180/1Uに準拠したアイゾット法
UL94V可燃性:UL94に準拠
GWIT:DIN EN60695−2−13に準拠したグローワイヤ着火温度の決定
溶融粘度:真空乾燥器中、80℃でペレットを48時間乾燥させた後、ゴットフェルト(Goettfert)製のヴィスコロボ(Viscorobo)94.00装置を用いて指定の剪断速度および温度でDIN54811/ISO11443に準拠して決定される。
Claims (12)
- A)99.9〜10重量部の少なくとも1種の半結晶性熱可塑性ポリアミドと、
B)少なくとも1種のオレフィンと、脂肪族アルコールの少なくとも1種のメタクリル酸エステルまたはアクリル酸エステルとを含む0.1〜20重量部の少なくとも1種のコポリマー(このコポリマーB)のMFIは、100g/10分以上である)、
とを含む、成形用組成物。 - 前記コポリマーB)の4重量%未満が、さらなる反応性官能基(エポキシド、オキセタン、無水物、イミド、アジリジン、フラン、酸、アミン、オキサゾリンからなる群から選択される)を含有するモノマー単位を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成形用組成物。
- 前記コポリマーB)において、前記オレフィンが2−エチルヘキシルアクリレートと共重合していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の成形用組成物。
- 前記コポリマーB)において、前記オレフィンがエテンであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の成形用組成物。
- 前記コポリマーB)のMFIが150g/10分以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の成形用組成物。
- 適切であれば、A)およびB)に加えて、以下の系列:
C)0.001〜70重量部の少なくとも1種の充填剤または強化材、
D)0.001〜65重量部の少なくとも1種の難燃添加剤、
E)0.001〜80重量部の少なくとも1種のエラストマー変性剤、
F)0.001〜10重量部の他の従来の添加剤、
G)0.5〜30重量部の相溶化剤、
の1種または複数種の成分をも含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の成形用組成物。 - 適切な重量比率の前記成分が混合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のポリアミド成形用組成物の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の成形用組成物の射出成形または押出しにより取得可能な成形品または半製品。
- ランナーシステムを介した射出成形手順において、少なくとも4個の成形型に、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の成形用組成物を仕込むことにより取得可能な複数個取り成形型システム。
- 薄壁技術における、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の成形用組成物の使用。
- 電気産業、電子産業、通信産業、自動車産業、もしくはコンピューター産業における、スポーツにおける、医療における、家庭内における、または娯楽産業における、請求項8に記載の成形品もしくは半製品または請求項9に記載の複数個取り成形型システムの使用。
- 自動車の冷却循環系および/または油循環系の部品のための、請求項8に記載の成形品または半製品の使用。
