Abstract
【解決手段】乗員室内の空気をバッテリ用ブロワーファンの駆動により吸気してバッテリに送風する室内吸気モードとエアコン(エバポレータ)により冷却された空気をバッテリ用ブロワーファンの駆動により吸気してバッテリに送風するA/C吸気モードとをダンパにより切り替える際、車速Vが所定車速Vref以上のときには直ちにダンパを切り替え(S240〜S260)、車速Vが所定車速Vref未満のときにはバッテリ用ブロワーファンの駆動を所定量Qlimまで制限してからダンパを切り替える(S220〜S260)。これにより、ダンパの切替に伴う風切り音の発生を抑制できるから、運転者や乗員に違和感を与えるのを抑制することができる。

Description
自動車に搭載された蓄電装置を冷却する冷却システムであって、
異なる場所の空気を吸気して前記蓄電装置に送風する複数の送風モードを有する送風手段と、
前記複数の送風モードにおける各送風路の開通と遮断とを切り替えることにより該複数の送風モードを切り替える送風モード切替手段と、
前記送風モード切替手段を介して前記蓄電装置に送風されている状態で前記送風モードの切替要求がなされたとき、前記蓄電装置への送風が制限されるよう前記送風手段を制御し、該蓄電装置への送風を制限した後に前記送風モードが切り替えられるよう前記送風モード切替手段を制御し、該送風モード切替手段を切り替えた後に前記蓄電装置への送風の制限が解除されるよう前記送風手段を制御する送風制限切替制御を実行する制御手段と
を備えることを要旨とする。
上述した各態様のいずれかの発明の冷却システム、即ち、基本的には、自動車に搭載された蓄電装置を冷却する冷却システムであって、異なる場所の空気を吸気して前記蓄電装置に送風する複数の送風モードを有する送風手段と、前記複数の送風モードにおける各送風路の開通と遮断とを切り替えることにより該複数の送風モードを切り替える送風モード切替手段と、前記送風モード切替手段を介して前記蓄電装置に送風されている状態で前記送風モードの切替要求がなされたとき、前記蓄電装置への送風が制限されるよう前記送風手段を制御し、該蓄電装置への送風を制限した後に前記送風モードが切り替えられるよう前記送風モード切替手段を制御し、該送風モード切替手段を切り替えた後に前記蓄電装置への送風の制限が解除されるよう前記送風手段を制御する送風制限切替制御を実行する制御手段とを備える冷却システムを搭載することを要旨とする。

前記送風モード切替手段を介して前記蓄電装置に送風されている状態で前記送風モードの切替要求がなされたとき、前記蓄電装置への送風が制限されるよう前記送風手段を制御し、該蓄電装置への送風を制限した後に前記送風モードが切り替えられるよう前記送風モード切替手段を制御し、該送風モード切替手段を切り替えた後に前記蓄電装置への送風の制限が解除されるよう前記送風手段を制御する
ことを要旨とする。
Claims (9)
- 自動車に搭載された蓄電装置を冷却する冷却システムであって、
異なる場所の空気を吸気して前記蓄電装置に送風する複数の送風モードを有する送風手段と、
前記複数の送風モードにおける各送風路の開通と遮断とを切り替えることにより該複数の送風モードを切り替える送風モード切替手段と、
前記送風モード切替手段を介して前記蓄電装置に送風されている状態で前記送風モードの切替要求がなされたとき、前記蓄電装置への送風が制限されるよう前記送風手段を制御し、該蓄電装置への送風を制限した後に前記送風モードが切り替えられるよう前記送風モード切替手段を制御し、該送風モード切替手段を切り替えた後に前記蓄電装置への送風の制限が解除されるよう前記送風手段を制御する送風制限切替制御を実行する制御手段と
を備える冷却システム。 - 請求項1記載の冷却システムであって、
車室内における騒音の程度を検出または推定する騒音程度検出推定手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記検出または推定された騒音の程度が所定程度未満のときには前記送風制限切替制御を実行し、前記検出または推定された騒音の程度が前記所定程度以上のときには前記送風の制限を行なわずに前記送風モードが切り替えられるよう前記送風モード切替手段を制御する手段である
冷却システム。 - 前記騒音程度検出推定手段は、車速を検出する車速検出手段を備え、前記検出された車速に基づいて前記騒音の程度を設定する手段である請求項2記載の冷却システム。
- 内燃機関を備える自動車に搭載された請求項2または3記載の冷却システムであって、
前記騒音程度検出推定手段は、前記内燃機関の回転数を検出する機関回転数検出手段を備え、前記検出された内燃機関の回転数に基づいて前記騒音の程度を設定する手段である
冷却システム。 - 車室内に音声を調整可能な音量をもって出力する音声出力手段を備える自動車に搭載された請求項2ないし4いずれか記載の冷却システムであって、
前記騒音程度検出推定手段は、前記音声出力手段における音量の調整状態に基づいて前記騒音の程度を設定する手段である
冷却システム。 - 請求項1ないし5いずれか記載の冷却システムであって、
車室内の空気調和を行なう空調装置を備え、
前記複数の送風モードは、車室内または車室外の空気を吸気して直接に前記蓄電装置に送風する第1の送風モードと、前記空調装置により冷却された空気を吸気して前記蓄電装置に送風する第2の送風モードとを含む
冷却システム。 - 請求項1ないし6いずれか記載の冷却システムであって、
前記蓄電装置の温度に関係する温度関係パラメータを検出する温度関係パラメータ検出手段を備え、
前記送風モードの切替要求は、前記検出された温度関係パラメータに基づいてなされる要求である
冷却システム。 - 請求項1ないし7いずれか記載の冷却システムを搭載する自動車。
- 異なる場所の空気を吸気して自動車に搭載された蓄電装置に送風する複数の送風モードを有する送風手段と、前記複数の送風モードにおける各送風路の開通と遮断とを切り替えることにより該複数の送風モードを切り替える送風モード切替手段と、を備える冷却システムの制御方法であって、
前記送風モード切替手段を介して前記蓄電装置に送風されている状態で前記送風モードの切替要求がなされたとき、前記蓄電装置への送風が制限されるよう前記送風手段を制御し、該蓄電装置への送風を制限した後に前記送風モードが切り替えられるよう前記送風モード切替手段を制御し、該送風モード切替手段を切り替えた後に前記蓄電装置への送風の制限が解除されるよう前記送風手段を制御する
