Abstract
【解決手段】歯車変速機構と、シフトアンドセレクト部及び摩擦部及び噛合部からなる操作機構と、入力軸回転速度検出手段と、出力軸回転速度検出手段と、進行状況検出手段と、制御装置とを備え、変速操作時に入力軸と出力軸とが同期する以前は摩擦係合を駆動し、同期した以後は噛合係合を駆動する自動変速機の制御方法であって、前記制御装置は入力軸回転速度NIから加速度Aを求める加速度演算手段をもち、出力軸回転速度NOが検出できない場合に、求めた該加速度Aが所定の判定開始値TA以上となった後に所定の同期判定値EA以下となった時点で同期と判定する。

Claims (3)
- 入力軸と出力軸とにそれぞれ設けられた歯車を噛合させて形成する複数の歯車対のうちいずれかを用いて所定の変速比で動力を伝達する歯車変速機構と、該入力軸と該出力軸との間で該歯車対を選択するシフトアンドセレクト部及び摩擦係合させる摩擦部及び噛合係合させる噛合部からなる操作機構と、該入力軸の回転速度を検出する入力軸回転速度検出手段と、該出力軸の回転速度を検出する出力軸回転速度検出手段と、該操作機構の操作進行状況を検出する進行状況検出手段と、該入力軸及び該出力軸の該回転速度と該操作進行状況とを参照しつつ該操作機構を制御する制御装置とを備え、動力を伝達する該歯車対を変更する変速操作時に、該入力軸と該出力軸とが同期する以前は該摩擦係合を駆動し、同期した以後は該噛合係合を駆動する自動変速機の制御方法であって、
前記制御装置は前記入力軸の前記回転速度から加速度を求める加速度演算手段をもち、前記出力軸の前記回転速度が検出できない場合に、求めた該加速度が所定の判定開始値以上となった後に所定の同期判定値以下となった時点で同期と判定することを特徴とする自動変速機の制御方法。 - 前記出力軸に設けられる前記歯車は該出力軸と相対回転自在な遊転歯車であり、前記操作機構の前記摩擦部は該出力軸と一体に回転しかつ軸方向に押圧されて該遊転歯車に摩擦係合するシンクロナイザリングであり、前記噛合部は該出力軸と一体に回転しかつ軸方向に移動して該遊転歯車に嵌合するスリーブであって、該シンクロナイザリング及び該スリーブは共通のアクチュエータにより駆動され、前記制御装置は該アクチュエータを制御して前記同期以前は大きな出力荷重とし該同期以後は小さな出力荷重とする、請求項1に記載の自動変速機の制御方法。
- 前記入力軸の前記加速度による同期判定と並行して、前記スリーブの軸方向の移動量が所定長以上となった時点で同期とする判定を行う請求項1または2に記載の自動変速機の制御方法。
