Claims (4)
- エンジンと、前記エンジンの出力軸に連結された第1の回転電機と、第2の回転電機と、前記第2の回転電機から駆動輪にトルクを伝達するように油圧により作動する変速機と、電動オイルポンプと、前記エンジンにより駆動される機械式オイルポンプとを有する車両の制御装置であって、
運転者により、前記エンジンを停止させるようにイグニッションスイッチが操作された場合に、トルクを発生して前記エンジンの出力軸を回転することにより、予め定められたクランク角で前記エンジンが停止するように、前記第1の回転電機を制御するための第1の制御手段と、
前記エンジンを停止させるように前記イグニッションスイッチが操作された場合に、前記変速機に油圧を供給して前記変速機の摩擦係合要素を係合することにより、前記第2の回転電機からのトルクを伝達可能であるように前記変速機を制御するための第2の制御手段と、
前記エンジンを停止させるように前記イグニッションスイッチが操作された場合に、トルクを発生するように前記第2の回転電機を制御するための第3の制御手段と、
前記エンジンの運転中に前記エンジンを停止させるように前記イグニッションスイッチが操作されると、前記電動オイルポンプが起動するように、前記電動オイルポンプを制御するための第4の制御手段とを含む、車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記操作の検知前において前記機械式オイルポンプにより発生した油圧を維持可能か否かを判別するための判別手段と、
前記機械式オイルポンプにより発生した油圧を維持可能である場合、前記制御手段による前記電動オイルポンプの起動を禁止するための禁止手段とをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記判別手段は、作動油の温度に基づいて、前記機械式オイルポンプにより発生した油圧を維持可能か否かを判別するための手段を含む、請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記第1の制御手段は、前記第1の回転電機が、予め定められたトルクを維持することにより、前記エンジンの回転数が予め定められた回転数である状態で、予め定められたクランク角になるまで前記エンジンの出力軸を回転した後、トルクを低下することにより、予め定められたクランク角で前記エンジンが停止するように、前記第1の回転電機を制御するための手段を含み、
前記制御装置は、
前記第4の制御手段による前記電動オイルポンプの起動後において、前記第1の回転電機のトルクに基づいて、前記電動オイルポンプを停止するための停止手段をさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の車両の制御装置。
