Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の過給圧制御装置は、ターボチャージャ11のタービン/コンプレッサ11aを回転させて過給圧を変更し得る電動機11bと、この電動機11b付コンプレッサ11a以外の過給圧変更手段と、電動機11bの駆動による過給圧制御よりも過給圧変更手段による過給圧制御を優先して実行する過給圧制御手段16とを備えたことを特徴としている。

Claims (10)
- ターボチャージャのコンプレッサを回転させて過給圧を変更し得る電動機と、前記電動機付コンプレッサ以外の過給圧変更手段と、エンジン運転領域に応じて前記電動機及び前記過給圧変更手段による過給圧制御を行う過給圧制御手段とを備え、
前記過給圧制御手段は、ベース目標過給圧に基づいて前記過給圧変更手段を制御し、前記ベース目標過給圧にかさ上げ分の過給圧を加えた目標過給圧に基づいて前記電動機を制御するように構成されており、
エンジン運転領域が過給圧要求領域であって、かつ、特定運転領域内である場合には、前記過給圧変更手段による過給圧制御に加えて前記電動機の駆動による過給圧制御を行い、
エンジン運転領域が過給圧要求領域であって、かつ、特定運転領域外である場合には、前記電動機の駆動を禁止して前記過給圧変更手段による過給圧制御を行うことを特徴とする過給圧制御装置。 - 前記過給圧制御手段が前記特定運転領域を含むエンジン運転領域を判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の過給圧制御装置。
- 前記過給圧制御手段は、急加速状態を前記特定運転領域と判定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の過給圧制御装置。
- 前記過給圧制御手段は、前記特定運転領域の判定をエンジン回転数及びアクセル開度に基づいて行うことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の過給圧制御装置。
- 前記過給圧制御手段は、エンジン回転数が所定回転数以下で、かつ、アクセル開度が所定開度以上である状態を前記特定運転領域と判定することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の過給圧制御装置。
- 前記過給圧制御手段は、前記目標過給圧と実過給圧との差が所定値以上である場合に前記電動機を駆動し、所定値より小さい場合には前記電動機の駆動を禁止するように構成されており、エンジン運転領域が特定運転領域外にある場合には、前記目標過給圧と実過給圧との差が所定値より小さくなるように前記かさ上げ分の過給圧を負の値として設定することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の過給圧制御装置。
- 前記過給圧変更手段がタービンノズル部の流量可変機構であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の過給圧制御装置。
- 前記過給圧制御手段は、サージ回避処理が必要と判定されたときに、スロットルバルブの閉じ動作を遅らせると共に前記電動機を回生発電させることによってサージ回避を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の過給圧制御装置。
- 前記過給圧制御手段は、吸気管内圧力、スロットル開度及びアクセル開度が減少する場合に、サージ回避処理が必要と判定することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の過給圧制御装置。
- 前記過給圧制御手段は、サージ回避処理が必要と判定されたときに急減速操作が伴う場合には、ターボチャージャのコンプレッサ下流側の圧力を開放することによるサージ回避処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の過給圧制御装置。
