Description

The present invention relates to a packaging material having antibacterial and antifungal properties.

In recent years, heat-shrinkable films and stretch films have been widely used as films for packaging containers used for foods, beverages, detergents and the like. This heat-shrinkable film is not only used for packaging, but also laminated with a compound such as an imidazole fungicide or a triazole fungicide described in Patent Document 1, An antibacterial property is exerted on a container to be packaged by imparting an antibacterial property to the contact surface.

Other specific examples of the film used for packaging include, for example, a film provided with a coating layer containing a natural product-derived antifungal agent described in Patent Document 2, and an alkali or alkaline earth described in Patent Document 3. Examples thereof include an antibacterial shrink film containing an antibacterial inorganic material in which silver, copper and zinc having antibacterial properties are incorporated in a metal aluminosilicate as an antibacterial agent.

However, when the compound described in Patent Document 1 is used for a heat-shrinkable film, the antibacterial and antifungal effect of the antifungal agent may be reduced by heat applied when shrinking. Moreover, in the film of patent document 2 and patent document 3, the transparency of a film falls with the antibacterial agent to be used, and the appearance may worsen. Furthermore, depending on the type and amount of the antibacterial and antifungal agent used in the film, it may affect not only bacteria and fungi but also the human body.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging body that ensures transparency, can sufficiently retain antibacterial properties even after heating, and has high safety.

This invention is a packaging material comprising a laminate in which a transparent ink is laminated on the surface of a heat-shrinkable film or stretch film on the side in contact with an object to be packaged, and an isothiazoline compound is added to the transparent ink in the transparent ink. The above-mentioned problems have been solved by the antibacterial and antifungal packaging material containing 1.2% by weight or more and 3.9% by weight or less based on the solid content.

By laminating a heat-shrinkable film or stretch film with an isothiazoline-based compound contained in a transparent ink, a packaging material that maintains an antibacterial and antifungal effect even after heating can be obtained. Further, since the concentration of the isothiazoline compound to be contained is 1.2 to 3.9% by weight with respect to the solid content of the transparent ink, the influence on the human body can be suppressed. Furthermore, since the transparency of the transparent ink is maintained and laminated, the display is not hindered even when the film is printed.

In addition, when a packaging object such as a container is packaged using the antibacterial / antifungal packaging material according to the present invention, the growth of mold or germs attached between the antibacterial / antifungal packaging material and the packaging object is suppressed. be able to. Thereby, the effect of keeping cleanliness is obtained in various packaging objects such as a product container placed around water.

This invention is a packaging material comprising a laminate in which a transparent ink is laminated on the surface of a heat-shrinkable film or stretch film on the side in contact with an object to be packaged, and contains a predetermined amount of an isothiazoline compound in the transparent ink. Antibacterial and antifungal packaging material.

The packaging object refers to an object to be packaged with the packaging material, for example, a container placed around water such as detergent, shampoo or rinse, a container such as seasoning or beverage, adjacent to moisture and moisture, Examples include containers that are placed in an environment where mold and other materials are likely to live. Besides these, it may be used for packaging such as MD and CD, and packaging of pharmaceuticals. By packaging with the antibacterial and antifungal packaging material according to the present invention, it is possible to suppress the propagation of germs such as mold between the packaging material and the packaging object.

Generally used heat-shrinkable films and stretch films can be used as the heat-shrinkable film or stretch film (hereinafter collectively referred to as “film”). In addition, the said heat-shrinkable film means the film which has a property which shrink | contracts by applying a heat | fever, The said stretch film means the film which can be extended and spread with a hand or a machine. Examples of these films include polyolefin films such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polystyrene films such as polystyrene and styrene-butadiene copolymers, polyester films such as polyethylene terephthalate, cyclic olefin films, polyvinyl chloride films, Examples thereof include a uniaxially stretched film such as a polyvinylidene chloride film and a biaxially stretched film. Moreover, the film which used the structural component of these films independently may be sufficient, and the film obtained by mixing 2 or more types of structural components may be sufficient. Further, one type or a plurality of types of these films may be laminated. Furthermore, before laminating the transparent ink on these films, a general ink may be applied in advance by printing or the like.

The said transparent ink laminated | stacked on the said film is a medium ink which does not contain a pigment, and is used in order to prevent the damage | wound by a friction with a bottle. For example, water or an aqueous solution such as an emulsion in which an acrylic resin, an acrylic copolymer, a polyester resin, a urethane resin, or an aqueous polyamide resin is dispersed in an aqueous solvent obtained by mixing water and alcohol, or an organic solvent such as toluene. What dissolved the urethane resin, the acryl-urethane copolymer, etc. in the solvent is mentioned. The haze value of the transparent ink used in the present invention depends on the coating amount and the applied film, but is preferably 5.0 or less when applied to the film so as to have a thickness of 1 μm. Examples of the ink that can be used as the transparent ink include STR MX medium (A) manufactured by Dainichi Seika Kogyo Co., Ltd.

The transparent ink can contain a known curing agent or additive. As said hardening | curing agent, a well-known hardening | curing agent can be used arbitrarily, For example, the hardening | curing agent containing an isocyanate compound is mentioned. Moreover, as said additive, you may mix | blend an extender pigment, wax, synthetic resin powder, a plasticizer, etc., for example.

The isothiazoline-based compound to be contained in the transparent ink refers to a compound having an isothiazoline ring structure, such as 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazoline-3- ON, 2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, and the like. These may be used alone or in combination.

The content of the isothiazoline-based compound in the transparent ink needs to be 1.2% by weight or more, and more preferably 1.9% by weight or more based on the solid content of the transparent ink. . It is because there exists a possibility that the effect concerning this invention cannot fully be exhibited as it is less than 1.2 weight%. On the other hand, it is necessary to be 3.9% by weight or less, and more preferably 3.1% by weight or less. If the concentration is 3.9% by weight, a sufficient effect can be exerted. If the concentration exceeds 3.9% by weight, the influence on the human body may not be negligible. Will occur.

The method for containing the isothiazoline-based compound in the transparent ink is not particularly limited, and may be mixed by a general method. The antibacterial and antifungal packaging material according to the present invention is obtained by laminating the transparent ink containing the isothiazoline-based compound on the surface of the film that contacts the packaging object.

As a method for laminating the transparent ink on the surface of the film that comes into contact with the packaging object, a general coating method can be used. Specific examples of the coating method include coating, spraying, and dipping. The above application indicates an action such as painting with a brush or a roll, the above jet indicates an action such as spraying with a spray, and the above immersion indicates an action such as wetting with a solution or submerging in a solution. In addition to these methods, in particular, as long as the transparent ink containing the isothiazoline-based compound can be laminated in such an amount that the effect as an antibacterial and antifungal packaging material according to the present invention can be obtained, It is not limited.

As described above, the transparency of the transparent ink layer of the laminate including the isothiazoline-based compound in the transparent ink is effective particularly when used for a label on which printing is partially performed. It can exhibit antifungal properties without impairing the feeling.

The antibacterial and antifungal packaging material according to the present invention is packaged by bringing the surface on which the transparent ink layer is laminated into contact with the packaging object, so that the mold and bacteria are between the packaging object. Can be prevented from breeding.

In addition, the antibacterial and antifungal packaging material according to the present invention may be formed by laminating the transparent ink containing the isothiazoline-based compound not only on the surface in contact with the packaging object but also on the opposite surface. Good. When packaging is performed using such an antibacterial and antifungal packaging material, an antibacterial and antifungal effect can be obtained not only on the inside contacting the packaging object but also on the outside.

In addition, it is preferable that the temperature at the time of making the antimicrobial and antifungal packaging material concerning this invention heat-shrink and making it adhere to a container is 80-95 degreeC. This is because heat shrinkage at a high temperature exceeding 95 ° C. may reduce the antibacterial and antifungal effect even with the isothiazoline compounds. Further, if it is 80 ° C. or lower, there is a possibility that heat shrinkage cannot be sufficiently performed.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with specific examples.
