Abstract
【解決手段】点滴筒1に、外管5と、外管5内に軸心方向に配置された内管6が備えられ、外管5と内管6間に、環状の挿入用隙間7が形成され、内管6がチューブ2の端部内に挿入されると共に、チューブ2の端部が挿入用隙間7に挿入されて、チューブ2が点滴筒1に接続されている。外管5に、その一部を溶融させて、チューブ2に圧接状に固化させて成り、チューブ2を内管6に押圧する離脱防止部13が形成されている。

Description
尚、内管がチューブに圧入されることもある。
又、外管の内周部を溶融させ、固化させて、離脱防止部を形成することもある。
更に、離脱防止部が、周方向に連続する円弧状に形成されることもある。
又、外管に離脱防止部が全周にわたって形成されることもある。
更に、外管に複数の離脱防止部が周方向等間隔に形成されることもある。
又、外管の周方向一部のみに離脱防止部が形成されることもある。
更に、外管が、超音波溶着機により溶融可能な材料から形成されることもある。
又、被接続部材が輸液セット用点滴筒とされ、チューブが輸液セット用チューブとされることもある。
更に、本発明の医療用具の接続方法の特徴とするところは、上記被接続部材とチューブを接続する方法であって、内管をチューブの端部内に挿入すると共に、チューブの端部を挿入用隙間に挿入し、外管の径方向外方への変形を抑制するリング状ガイド体を外管に外嵌して、溶融手段により、外管の一部を溶融させて、チューブに圧接状に固化させることで、外管に離脱防止部を形成し、この離脱防止部により、チューブを内管に押圧する点にある。
尚、溶融手段が超音波溶着機とされることもある。
又、本発明の超音波溶着機のチューブ溶着用治具の特徴とするところは、先端部が、先端が開口し且つチューブに外嵌される筒状の外嵌部とされ、外嵌部の先端部が、外管と軸心方向に関して当接して外管を溶融させる当接部とされた点にある。
尚、外嵌部の外周部に、その内部にチューブを径方向から嵌脱させるための嵌脱用開口部が軸心方向全長にわたって形成されることもある。
又、外嵌部の外周部に、チューブが挿通される挿通孔が形成されることもある。
又、例えば、加熱手段により外管の外周面に凹み等を形成するような必要がなく、外周面の変形がないので、点滴筒とチューブの接続部分の外観体裁を良好にできる。
更に、外管に離脱防止部を形成するので、被接続部材に接続するチューブの構成材料は限定されない。
又、接着剤や、外管とチューブ間に挿入されるカシメ部材等を使用しておらず、被接続部材やチューブ以外の第3の材料、部材の使用による、コストの増加や接続作業の煩雑化を招来する惧れもない。
請求項10記載の発明によれば、ガイド体により、外管の径方向外方への変形を抑制しているので、離脱防止部の形成時に、離脱防止部を形成する溶融物が、径方向外方へ流れることを抑制でき、その分、離脱防止部をチューブ外面に大きな圧力で圧接できる。これにより、更に、離脱防止部による、チューブの内管への押圧力を大とできて、被接続部材とチューブの接続強度を大とできる。
請求項12記載の発明によれば、離脱防止部の形成時に、離脱防止部を形成する溶融物が、軸心方向に関して、チューブ溶着用治具の当接部側へ流れることを抑制でき、その分、離脱防止部をチューブ外面に大きな圧力で圧接できる。これにより、更に、離脱防止部による、チューブの内管への押圧力を大とできて、被接続部材とチューブの接続強度を大とできる。
請求項13及び14記載の発明によれば、チューブを、被接続部材に接続した状態で、チューブ溶着用治具の外嵌部に嵌合できる。
尚、図8では、外管5における、当接部20の下方に位置する部分、即ち、内周部のみが溶融、固化されるようにしているが、外管5の先端部における、外周部も含む全体が溶融、固化されることもある。
次に、本発明を実施した試験例と、従来例により、本発明を更に説明するが、本発明は試験例により限定されるものではない。

- チューブが接続される被接続部材に、外管と、外管内に軸心方向に配置された内管が備えられ、
外管と内管間に、環状の挿入用隙間が形成され、
内管がチューブの端部内に挿入されると共に、
チューブの端部が挿入用隙間に挿入されて、
チューブが被接続部材に接続されたものにおいて、
外管に、
その一部を溶融させて、チューブに圧接状に固化させて成り、チューブを内管に押 圧する離脱防止部
