Abstract
【解決手段】複数の弾性ワイヤ11の先端部分11aを並列に並べた状態でその最先端部分どうしを不活性ガスの雰囲気中において溶着させ、さらに溶着部分Aの後側に隣接する部分どうしを、金属製の接合材によって接合する(接合部分B)。

Description
図1は内視鏡用高周波スネアの先端部分を示しており、1は、図示されていない内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネルに挿脱される電気絶縁性の可撓性のシースであり、例えば直径2mm程度の四フッ化エチレン樹脂チューブ等によって形成されている。

Claims (6)
- 各々が複数の金属製素線を撚り合わせて形成された複数の弾性ワイヤが、先端部分どうしを直接接合してループ状に形成されて、電気絶縁性のシース内に引き込まれると弾性変形して窄まり、上記シース外においては自己の弾性によりループ状に膨らんだ形状に戻るように形成された内視鏡用高周波スネアにおいて、
上記複数の弾性ワイヤの先端部分が並列に並べた状態に配置されて、その最先端部分どうしが不活性ガスの雰囲気中において溶着されると共に、上記溶着部分の後側に隣接する部分どうしが、金属製の接合材によって接合されていることを特徴とする内視鏡用高周波スネア。 - 上記複数の弾性ワイヤの溶着部分が略半球状に形成されている請求項1記載の内視鏡用高周波スネア。
- 各々が複数の金属製素線を撚り合わせて形成された複数の弾性ワイヤが、先端部分どうしを直接接合してループ状に形成されて、電気絶縁性のシース内に引き込まれると弾性変形して窄まり、上記シース外においては自己の弾性によりループ状に膨らんだ形状に戻るように形成された内視鏡用高周波スネアの製造方法において、
上記複数の弾性ワイヤの先端部分を並列に並べた状態でその最先端部分どうしを不活性ガスの雰囲気中において溶着させ、さらに上記溶着部分の後側に隣接する部分どうしを、金属製の接合材によって接合するようにしたことを特徴とする内視鏡用高周波スネアの製造方法。 - 上記不活性ガスがアルゴンガス又は窒素ガスである請求項3記載の内視鏡用高周波スネアの製造方法。
- 上記溶着が、プラズマ溶接又はレーザ溶接によって行われる請求項3又は4記載の内視鏡用高周波スネアの製造方法。
- 上記金属製の接合材が、銀ロー又は半田である請求項3、4又は5記載の内視鏡用高周波スネアの製造方法。
