Abstract
【解決手段】 心電図波形内のトリガ事象を特定するステップ200と、トリガ事象の後で、心電図波形が比較的に不活性な期間に入るまで一定期間にわたり待機するステップ230と、比較的に不活性な期間中に心電図波形をサンプリングするステップ240と、心電図波形をサンプルと照合するステップ250とを含む。

Description
また、本発明に係る、心電図波形に基準値を合成するシステムにあっては、患者の心電図波形を表す電圧を伝える少なくとも1つの電極入力と、心電図波形内の事象を検出する事象検出器と、一定期間後に前記事象検出器に応答して、サンプリングデバイスを起動するタイミングデバイスとを備え、サンプリングデバイスにより、前記心電図波形を照合する基準値を求める。

Claims (10)
- 心電図波形に基準値を合成する方法であって、
前記心電図波形内のトリガ事象を特定するステップと、
前記トリガ事象の後で、前記心電図波形が比較的に不活性な期間に入るまで、一定期間にわたり待機するステップと、
前記比較的に不活性な期間中に前記心電図波形をサンプリングするステップと、
前記心電図波形をサンプルと照合するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記比較的に不活性な期間は、前記心電図波形のPT期間中に生じることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記トリガ事象は、前記心電図波形のQRS群のピークR値であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記トリガ事象は、QRS群の負のSピーク及びT波のうちの少なくとも1つが後に続く、前記心電図波形の前記QRS群のピークR値であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記トリガ事象は、少なくとも0.2秒の比較的に不活性な期間が後に続く、前記QRS群の正のR値であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 心電図波形に基準値を合成するシステムであって、
患者の心電図波形を表す電圧を伝える少なくとも1つの電極入力と、
前記心電図波形内の事象を検出する事象検出器と、
一定期間後に前記事象検出器に応答して、サンプリングデバイスを起動するタイミングデバイスと
を備え、
前記サンプリングデバイスは、前記心電図波形を照合する前記基準値を求めること、
を特徴とするシステム。 - 前記基準値は、略0ボルトであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記事象は、前記心電図波形のQRS群のRピークであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記事象は、QRS群のピークが後に続く、比較的に不活性な期間であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記サンプリングデバイスは、前記心電図波形の電圧の変化率を更に検出し、サンプル及び前記電圧の変化率に基づいて前記基準値を求めることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
