【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従って、以上の針孔からの発泡液の漏出防止は、従来のミシンによる縫製作業に対して別個の縫製作業を要するため、縫製作業の作業性が頗る悪いし、材料費が増大する不具合があった。

以上の目的を達成するための本発明に係る表皮一体発泡用表皮材の縫製方法は、前記ミシンのミシン針に二本の上糸を挿通して前記表皮片を接ぎ合わせて縫製することを特徴とする。

本発明に係る表皮一体発泡用表皮材の縫製方法によれば、従来のこの種の表皮材縫製用ミシンをそのまま使用して従来のミシン縫いでミシン針の針孔からの発泡液の漏出を防止できる縫製が可能となる。
従って、前記公知方法による縫製方法に対して、縫製作業が簡単になるし、材料費の増大を防止できる。
