Claims (1)

  1. 溶融樹脂を金型のキャビティに射出・充填し、転写圧力を発生させて樹脂に所望形状を転写してプラスチック光学部品を成形した後、冷却し、プラスチック光学部品を金型内から取り出す射出成形方法において、
    前記キャビティ内部の圧力をP、キャビティ容積をVとした場合、キャビティに充填された樹脂に圧力を加えてキャビティ形状を転写させる際のP×Vが成形の1サイクル内での最大値とした後、非光学面を有した少なくとも1つ以上の移動可能な入子を樹脂の転写圧力によって移動させることにより、樹脂のキャビティの容積を拡大して最大値より小さいP×Vの第2のピークを形成し、その後、前記非光学面を有した入子の転写面と樹脂とを密着させた状態で樹脂の冷却収縮に伴って入子を追従して移動させることによりP×Vを減少させることを特徴とするプラスチック光学部品の射出成形方法。
