する際にパネル面の保護をし、かつ付属部品を効率よく
収納し、輸送時などに揺動された際にもパネル面などを
傷つけることのない筆記パネル梱包部材に関する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来より、黒板やホワイトボード、ある
いは磁気表示パネル等の筆記面材の周囲に、額縁材を配
設した筆記パネルは良く知られている。これらの商品の
輸送の際には段ボール材などで商品を梱包するが、筆記
面に傷を付けるなどの損傷を与えると商品の価値が下が
るので表面の保護をしている。表面の保護としては、プ
ラスチックシートを圧着したり、発泡樹脂薄材をシート
表面にテープ止めするなどの手法が用いられている。し
かしながら、これらの方法は圧着工程やテープ止め工程
などの工数がかかり、簡単ではなく、高価であった。 【0003】また、この様な筆記パネルを使用する際に
は取付金具や筆記体、消去体、さらにそれらの使用時の
置き場としての受け皿などといった付属部品が必要で、
それらを効率よく収納する必要がある。付属部品の収納

してしまったり、パネル面を傷つけたりするトラブルが

鑑み、筆記パネルの保護を簡易かつ適切に行い、付属部
品の収納場所を確保しつつ、輸送中などにも動き回って
中身の付属部品が破損したり、表面パネルを損傷させる
こともない、筆記パネル梱包用部材を提供することを本
発明の目的とし、そのような課題の解決手段を提案する

決するために、外箱の端部を延長し部品箱兼パネル固定
及び保護部となる支柱を形成し、さらに支柱間に部品箱
兼パネル面保護部となる横桟を配置、開梱時は最大面積

すことができる構成にしたことなどによって、本発明を
完成した。すなわち、本発明は、「1.外壁面のうち最
大面積を有する面の少なくともその一面を二分割するよ
うに大きく開閉する開口部を有する筆記パネル梱包箱に
おいて、該開口部と直交する外箱両端面の両内壁全面に
箱形に内側屈曲し構成される支柱を支柱間に筆記パネル
が格納できるよう対向配置し、両支柱の対向する内側角
部を少なくとも一対切り欠き、対向する段部を設け、該
両支柱段部間に別部材構成の箱形横桟を嵌入し、パネル
面保護をすることを特徴とする筆記パネル梱包部材。」

段ボール材が使用できる。材質はC材(ほとんどが古
紙)、K材(クラフト材)などが挙げられる。さらに、
資源問題、環境問題などを勘案すれば、リサイクル可能
なものとしてパルプを原料にしたものが好ましく、再生
パルプなどのC材によれば、資源再利用ができ環境にも
やさしいのでより好ましい。種類としては、Aフルート
(t=8mm)、Bフルート(t=3mm)、Eフルー
ト(t=1.7mm)、Fフルート(t=1mm)、G
フルート(t=0.6mm)、5号段(t=2.5m
m)などの通常流通しているものが使用できるが、比較
的厚めのものの方が本発明の効果が大きく好ましい。段
ボール材の構成としては上下一枚の紙材を中間材で貼り
合わせたシングルのものでもシングル構造を多段構成に
したダブル以上のものでも使用できる。シングル構造で
十分な強度を有するものが最適で、ダブル以上になる

入れた筆記パネル(4)が配置されている。そして、該
梱包部材は、図2に示したように該開口部と直交する両
端面(5)をそれぞれ同一寸法に延長し、図3に示した
ように内側屈曲して箱形になる一対の支柱(6)を設け
ている。さらに、該支柱には二対の切り欠き(7)が設
けられている。 【0014】該屈曲された支柱は図3に示したように筆
記パネルの両端を保護するように設けられ、切り欠きは
支柱上面内側に二対設けられ、それぞれ対向する段部
(8)を形成している。 【0015】さらに、該段部には段ボール材を屈曲する
ことにより箱形に形成され、内部に付属部品を格納する
ことができる横桟(9)を嵌入できるようになってい
る。図4は該横桟を1本嵌入した状態の図で、さらにも
う1本嵌入することで、本例の場合は完成となる。付属
部品(図示せず)は剥き出しに配置されると、輸送時等
に揺動し本体を傷つけることとなる可能性があるため、
本発明では本体を傷つける可能性のある付属部品を横桟
内に格納する。本例では2本の横桟を用いたが、付属部
品の数量、パネルの大きさなどによって、3本以上でも
良いし、1本でももちろんかまわない。 【0016】図4の空いている段部にもう1本の横桟
(図示せず)を嵌入し、両側の天面部を閉じれば、図1
に示したような箱状の形態が完成する。開口部は適宜、
粘着テープなどにより閉塞すればよい。 【0017】本例において側面の支柱は箱を形成する段

ない筆記パネル梱包部材を得ることができる優れた効果
を奏するものである。
