Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.金属材料または合成物質からなり、多数の微細な開口部(3)を有している 固液分離用濾過材、有利にはプレコートフィルタ用またはフィルタケークを形成 する濾過処理用の沈殿床としての固液分離用濾過材において、 濾過材(1)が薄い板(2)またはフォイルから形成され、薄い板(2)ま たはフォイルに、延伸メッシュを生じさせることにより開口部(3)が形成され 、開口部(3)が所定のスリット幅(B)を持ったスリット(5)として成形さ れ、スリット(5)が、延伸メッシュに機械的な作用を付与して延伸メッシュを 塑性的に回復させることにより形成されていることを特徴とする濾過材。 2.延伸メッシュがローラ処理により回復されることを特徴とする、請求項1に 記載の濾過材。 3.自由開口面積が濾過材(1)の全面積に対し0.5%ないし15%の範囲で あることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の濾過材。 4.開口部(3)が貫流方向に円錐状に拡大されており、円錐角(α)が少なく とも1°、有利には5°ないし60°であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3 までのいずれか一つに記載の濾過材。 5.薄い板(2)またはフォイルの材料厚(D)が0. 1mmないし1.5mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれ か一つに記載の濾過材。 6.濾過材(1)の材料として特殊鋼板、ニッケル合金またはこれらに類似した ものが設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに 記載の濾過材。 7.濾過材(1)の材料として非鉄金属、有利にはアルミニウム合金が設けられ ていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の濾過材。 8.濾過材(1)の材料としてプラスチック、有利にはPVC,PE,PPまた はPVDFが設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか 一つに記載の濾過材。 9.スリット(5)のスリット幅(B)が5μmないし300μmであることを 特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載の濾過材。 10.スリット(5)の長さ(L)が0.5mmないし20mmであることを特 徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の濾過材。 11.開口部(3)が濾過材(1)内で濾過材(1)の表面に対しほぼ直角に延 びていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか一つに記載の濾過 材。 12.スリット(5)が整列して配置され、有利にはそれぞれ隣り合う2つの列 が互いにずれていることを特 徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか一つに記載の濾過材。 13.濾過材(1)の表面が電気化学的に処理されていることを特徴とする、請 求項6または7に記載の濾過材。 14.濾過材(1)の表面が、化学的に抵抗のある材料からなる層で被覆されて おり、または濾過材(1)の表面が機械的に研削されていることを特徴とする、 請求項1から12までのいずれか一つに記載の濾過材。
