Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 鉛直の金属型支柱(9)及びこれに取り付けた発泡プラスチック(5)を 含む壁全高にわたる壁面部(1)からなるハウス建築モジュールにおいて、 モジュールはさらに、壁面部に統合的に結合された基礎部(2)を含み、この基 礎部(2)はモジュールの縦方向に延びるコンクリート補強(4)を含み、壁面 部(1)及び基礎部(2)の両方に延びる結合手段(3,9)が設けられている ので、壁面部と基礎部とは前もって製造された統合したモジュールとして作られ ることを特徴とする。 2. 請求項1記載のハウス建築モジュールにおいて、金属型支柱(9)がコン クリート補強(4)の内部にまで延び、このため前記補強が形成されることを特 徴とする。 3. 請求項1又は2記載のハウス建築モジュールにおいて、縦方向のモジュー ルの長さが少なくとも鉛直方向の長さの2倍となることを特徴とする。 4. 請求項1−3のいずれか一項に記載のハウス建築モジュールにおいて、少 なくとも前記金属型支柱(9)の1つには基礎部に面する端部とは反対側の端部 に吊り上げ金具を設けることを特徴とする。 5. 壁面部と基礎部とを統合して結合したハウス建築モジュールの製造方法で あって、 壁面部を横置きの状態で製造し、流込モールドを下方部分とて意図する壁面部の 側縁に取り付け、結合手段を壁面部に取りつけて流込 モールドの内部に延長するよう配置し、基礎部を形成する流込モールドに流込合 成物を入れることを特徴とする。 6. 請求項5記載の方法であって、壁面部は金属型支柱に発泡プラスチックシ ートを嵌め込んで製造され、この支柱は前記結合手段を形成する前記流込モール ドの内部に達するように配置することを特徴とする。 7. 請求項5又は6に記載の方法であって、注入型は本質的に注入後もモジュ ールの一部として保たれる要素で作られていることを特徴とする。 8. 請求項5−7のいずれか1項記載の方法であって、前記コンクリート補強 はしたがってモジュールの他の部分とともに流込モールドとして注入されること を特徴とする。 9. ハウスの製造方法であって、プレハブハウス建築モジュールを請求項5− 8に記載の方法のいずれかにしたがって製造し、そしてこのようにして製造した モジュールを正立状態で建築現場に運搬することを特徴とする。
