Claims (15)

1. Postupak za pripremanje umreženog gela barem jednog polisaharida ili jedne od njegovih soli, koji sadrži barem korake koji se sastoje od: a) osiguravanja vodenog medija koji sadrži navedeni polisaharid, b) nastajanje homogenog gela iz medija iz koraka a), c) dovođenje gela dobivenog u koraku b) u kontakt s učinkovitom količinom barem jednog sredstva za umrežavanje; d) umrežavanje navedene smjese nastale u koraku c); i e) obnavljanje navedenog umreženog hidrogela, naznačen time da se - barem navedeni koraci a) do d) provode unutar hermetičke šupljine omeđene barem djelomično s deformirajućom stjenkom, navedena šupljina je izrađena unutar vrećica koja se može deformirati, te se smjesa koja se nalazi u šupljini izlaže, u koraku d), uvjetima pogodnim za umrežavanje; - homogenizacija, razmatrana u koraku b) se provodi pomoću proizvoljno uzastopnih, mehaničkih deformacija vanjske strane deformirajuće stjenke ili vrećice.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da nadalje sadrži korak f) zaustavljanja umrežavanja, navedeni korak f) se provodi prije, zajedno s ili nakon koraka obnavljanja e).
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da se korak umrežavanja f) provodi prije koraka obnavljanja e).
4. Postupak prema prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da se svi koraci od a) do d) i f) provode unutar navedene šupljine.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je navedena vrećica opremljena sa sustavom otvaranja.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je navedena vrećica izrađena od plastike, poželjno od polietilena farmaceutske kvalitete.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se homogenizacija odvija tijekom vremena trajanja manjeg od 400 minuta, poželjno manjeg od 150 minuta, čak još poželjnije između 30 i 100 minuta.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se korak umrežavanja provodi pomoću toplinskih sredstava.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se korak umrežavanja odvija tijekom vremena trajanja u rasponu od 30 do 300 minuta, poželjno od 100 do 200 minuta.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da polisaharid je hijaluronska kiselina ili jedna od njezinih soli.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da koristi natrijev hijaluronat u alkalnom mediju s butandiol diglicidil eterom (BDDE), kao sredstvom za umrežavanje.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da umreženi gel je kruti gel.
13. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se navedena homogenizacija iz koraka b) provodi ručno, naročito pomoći jednostavni uzastopnih ručnih kompresija vanjskih strana stjenke ili vrećice.
14. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se navedena homogenizacija iz koraka b) provodi pomoću sustava s dvije oštrice jedne pored druge koje naizmjenično pritišću stjenku koja se može deformirati ili barem jedne od stjenki koja se može deformirati nakon kretanja unatrag i naprijed.
15. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se navedena homogenizacija iz koraka b) provodi prvo pomoću opipavanja, zatim korištenjem mehaničkog uređaja, ili naizmjeničnim korištenjem tih sredstva homogenizacije.
