Claims (10)

1. DNA-Sequenz mit wenigstens 15 Nucleotiden , die für eine Sequenz kodiert, die einzigartig für eine ß-Subeinheit von T-Zellen-Antigen-Rezeptoren ist.
2. DNA-Sequenz nach Anspruch 1, bei der die genannte Sequenz für wenigstens einen Abschnitt des konstanten Bereiches der ß-Subeinheit kodiert.
3. DNA-Sequenz nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, die an Nicht-Wildtyp-DNA angefügt ist, um Hybrid-DNA zu bilden, die ein Replikationssystem enthält, das von einem Mikroorganismus erkannt wird.
4. DNA-Sequenz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei der die genannte DNA-Sequenz eine cDNA-Sequenz von 15 -2.000 Nucleotiden ist, die für wenigstens eine spezifische Domäne der genannten ß-Einheit kodiert.
5. DNA-Sequenz nach Anspruch 4, bei der die cDNA-Sequenz an regulatorische Transkriptions- und Translationssignale für die Expression angefügt ist.
6. DNA-Sequenz nach Anspruch 5, bei der die genannte, für den konstanten Bereich kodierende DNA und die genannte DNA des Nicht-Wildtyps durch eine Sequenz getrennt sind, die für einen J-Bereich kodiert.
7. Klonierungsvektor zum Klonen in einem prokaryotischen Wirt enthaltend eine cDNA-Sequenz nach Anspruch 5 oder 6 und einer Markierung für eine Selektion.
8. Expressionsvektor enthaltend Transkriptions- und Translationssignale und eine cDNA-Sequenz nach Anspruch 5 oder 6 unter der Transkriptions- und Translationssteuerung der genannten Signale.
9. DNA-Sequenz mit wenigstens etwa 15 Nucleotiden , die in der Sequenz von 86T1 in Fig. 2 vorliegt und an DNA des Nicht-Wildtyps angefügt ist.
10. DNA-Sequenz mit wenigstens etwa 15 Nucleotiden, die in der Sequenz von TT11 in Fig. 3 vorliegt und an DNA des Nicht-Wildtyps angefügt ist.
