Abstract
379,144. Road vehicle opening tops. HYSLOP, J. F., Dromore, Majors Loan, Falkirk, Stirlingshire. Nov. 5, 1931, No. 30639. [Class 108 (i).] In vehicle opening tops of the kind comprising hingedly connected sections the sections comprise forward and rear sections 1, 2 hinged about a transverse axis 3, the front section being provided with runners 4 at its forward part adapted to run in guides 5 on the vehicle top while the rear of the rear section is pivoted to a slide 6 at the top of a vertical recess 7 into which the forward and rear sections are lowered when folded.
