Abstract

261,303. Ramsay, A. June 26, 1926. Burners, mounting.-The holder 4 of a burner is supported by means of an adjustable inverted cup 3 adapted to compress and expand a rubber or like resilient ring 12 so as to frictionally engage the hollow cylindrical neck 2 of a globe, shade or reflector. The ring 12 may be mounted between a fixed collar 11 and a coned ring or sleeve or a distance sleeve 13.
