Abstract
1383806 Measuring fluid-pressure electrically PHILIPS' GLOEILAMPENFABRIEKEN NV 1 March 1972 [4 March 1971] 9486/72 Heading G1N [ Also in Division F1] In Fig. 3 a pressure differential corresponding to a first fluid-flow is applied to a chambers 42, 46 and that corresponding to a second fluid-flow is applied to chambers 43, 45, the resultant movement of diaphragms 44, 47 being transmitted to a magnetic element 54 by rod 48, providing a signal from coil 56. In Fig. 2 (not shown) a unit with a single diaphragm separating two chambers is used.
