[Also in Division B4] In a cable comprising a core, which may be three insulated conductors, Fig. 3 (not shown), the core is surrounded by wires or strips to form a concentric conductor, the wire or strips having a pitch between 40 and 60 times the diameter of the cable core. This construction enables a suitable tool (see Division B4) to be used to prise away the wires or strips to allow a tee connection to be made to the conductors and the wires or strips.
