Abstract

Ce fournisseur 9 de fil comprend une bobine 12 comportant un axe creux 13 et deux plateaux circulaires 14 et 15. Chaque plateau présente plusieurs rainures radiales de guidage 34 angulairement espacées l'une de l'autre. Une broche 25 passe dans l'axe creux dans lequel elle peut tourner. Deux engrenages d'attaque 26 et 27 montés sur l'axe aux extrémités de la bobine entraînent des engrenages 31 et 32 montés fous sur les plateaux. Plusieurs tiges 36 de support du fil sont disposées axialement le long de l'axe et leurs extrémités sont reliées excentriquement aux engrenages menés par l'intermédiaire des goupilles 37 et 38 traversant les rainures de guidage Un bouton 30 permet de faire tourner la broche et les engrenages. De ce fait, les tiges de support du fil s'écartent ou se rapprochent l'une de l'autre, augmentant ou diminuant le diamètre d'enroulement du fil et, par conséquent, modifient la vitesse d'alimentation en fil. Applications notamment à l'alimentation en fil de trame des métiers à tisser sans navette tels que les métiers à aiguilles.
