Abstract

The serving tray has a very low centre of gravity, and a handle (13) from which the flat part of the tray n1) hands and swings freely, by means of cords (9, 10, 11). The ends of the cords (9, 10, 11) have thicker parts, such as knots, which fit into the keyhole shaped holes (6, 7, 8, 12) on the edge of the tray-plate and on the handle. The tray-plate (1) has downward projecting supports below each cord fixture-point, and round the key-hole shaped holes. The handles (13) is in the shape of two sides of an equilateral triangle, with a top horizontal parts (14) and a downward-pointing part (15) sloping at an angle of sixty degrees. To the free end of the handle is fixed a rubber inert on (16) with a high frictional coefficient. The tray-plate (1) is triangular with rounded corners (2, 3, 4).
