Abstract

Détecteur de radiations infrarouges basé sur l'effet Seebeck, selon la revendication du brevet principal 74 41927, comprenant une cellule sensible élémentaire du type comprenant une branche thermo-électrique positive constituée en un premier matériau homogène, une branche thermo-électrique négative constituée en un second matériau homogène, chacune desdites branches étant reliée à une même plaque métallique absorbante par une jonction constituée dans chacun des cas par une solution intermétallique de diffusion sur au moins une partie de l'épaisseur de la plaque du matériau constitutif de la branche thermo-électrique correspondante, caractérisé en ce que chacune des branches est constituée à partir d'un matériau divisé fritté. Application à des dispositifs par exemple de régulation ou de déclenchement d'alarme.
