Abstract
The vehicle which can travel in or on the ocean, in the air and in space has a fuselage with floats and has fixed wings which are fitted at the ends with rotating wings. The floats carry electric motors to rotate the wings, and submarine hydrofoiles are fitted to the rear wings. The main drive motors are mounted on either side of the main fuselage. A stabiliser is mounted centrally on the vehicle.
