Abstract

The rig is for fitting formwork frames, three-dimensional lattice structures, and other auxiliary building elements, in the construction of multi-storey monolithic buildings with column supports. The floors are produced in sequence, from the top downwards. Each whole ceiling corresponds to the ground plan of the building, and is conceived as a cohesive slab structure and prefabricated all at once. This ceiling field is supported by means of a formwork skeleton which is supported at several points, movable, cohesive and of three-dimensional lattice type. Use is made of a hydraulic lifting unit, with a tubular lifting column (6) adjoining its working cylinder (3), built into a latticed frame (1) which is fitted with a grabbing head (2), enabling the lifting column to be set in any desired position, but at the same time preventing it from sliding back. No elaborate scaffolding is needed.
