Abstract
L'invention décrit la production en une seule étape d'acétone et de butanol à partir d'une matière cellulosique. On fait simultanément agir une cellulase et un micro-organisme producteur d'acétone et de butanol sur une matiere cellulosique pour faire fermenter le substrat et obtenir l'acétone et le butanol. Le procédé donne de bons rendements en des composés qui sont des solvants pouvant également servir à la synthese organique.The invention describes the one-step production of acetone and butanol from cellulosic material. A cellulase and a microorganism producing acetone and butanol are simultaneously made to act on a cellulosic material to ferment the substrate to obtain acetone and butanol. The process gives good yields of compounds which are solvents which can also be used for organic synthesis.
