Abstract

The shelving units have an indefinite number of combinations for assembly. The uprights are tubular and square, the transversal supports are flat and rectangular and the strengthening supports running parallel to the short transversals, are round and tubular. These supports can be multiplied by almost any number as required. They can also be used in two's and three's at narrow and regular intervals from one another. T'e shelves can be assembled by open-L-shaped corner pieces and0or truncated corner pieces and/or clasps and/or hooks. All these assembly pieces can be manufactured in light metals or plastics. Each assembly piece is provided with two holes for screws. The transversal supports at the top of the shelving can be finished with serrated edges in order to take suspended meat hooks.
