Abstract

Procedimiento para la separación de una mezcla de fenilglicina-amida y fenilglicina, ambas ópticamente activas y eventualmente sustituidas en el núcleo, caracterizado porque se hace reaccionar la mezcla con benzaldehido, eventualmente sustituido, bajo formación de la base de Schiff de la fenilglicina-amida o de las bases de Schiff de la fenilglicina-amida y de la fenilglicina, seguido por separación de la base Schiff de la fenilglicina-amida y porque se efectúa aisladamente la descomposición de las(s) base(s) de Schiff con recuperación del aldehido.
