Abstract

SE DESCRIBE UN CIRCUITO ELECTRICO PARA APLICAR UNA CORRIENTE ELECTRICA OSCILANTE A UN BOBINA (L1) DE UN ELECTROIMAN, POR MEDIO DEL CUAL PUEDA ACTIVARSE EL ELECTROIMAN EN DEPENDENCIA DE SEÑALES DE GUIADO. EN EL ELECTROIMAN SE TRATA PREFERIBLEMENTE DE LOS ELECTROIMANES DE UNA VALVULA DE CONTROL HIDRAULICO. PARA GENERAR UNA CORRIENTE MEDIA QUE ESTE EN RELACION LINEAL CON LA SEÑAL DE ENTRADA O GUIADO, SE PROPONE QUE EL CIRCUITO EXCITADOR ALIMENTE LA BOBINA (L1 ) CON UNA CORRIENTE QUE MUESTRE VALORES DE CORRIENTE LIMITE VARIABLES SUPERIORES E INFERIORES (VPU, V-PL). CON ESTO EL VALOR DE CORRIENTE LIMITE INFERIOR (V-PL) OCUPA FUNDAMENTALMENTE UNA PARTE PORCENTUAL CONSTANTE DEL VALOR DE CORRIENTE LIMITE SUPERIOR (V-PU). EL CIRCUITO CONTIENE POR EJEMPLO UN DIVISOR DE SEÑAL (R8, R9), QUE GENERA A PARTIR DE UNA SEÑAL DE ENTRADA (V-CMD) UN VALOR DE SEÑAL SUPERIOR (V-PU) Y UN VALOR DE SEÑAL INFERIOR (V-PL), OCUPANDO EL VALOR DE SEÑAL INFERIOR (V-PL) UN VALOR PORCENTUAL CONSTANTE DEL VALOR DE SEÑAL SUPERIOR (V-PU). UN SENSOR DE CORRIENTE (R2) GENERA UNA SEÑAL DE CORRIENTE (VSENSE), QUE REPRESENTA LA CORRIENTE A TRAVES DE LA BOBINA (L1). UN PRIMER COMPARADOR (14) COMPARA LA SEÑAL DE MEDICION DE CORRIENTE (VSENSE) CON EL VALOR DE SEÑAL INFERIOR (V-PL). UN DISPOSITIVO DE CONMUTACION DE POTENCIA (28) SE HA CONECTADO A UNA FUENTE DE TENSION Y A LA BOBINA MAGNETICA (L1) Y UNE O SEPARA ESTA DEPENDIENDO DE LAS SEÑALES DE SALIDA DEL PRIMER Y DEL SEGUNDO COMPARADOR (14, 16).
