LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO DE OBTENCION DE UN EXTRACTO LIQUIDO ANTIOXIDANTE EN EL QUE SE MEZCLA UN EXTRACTO DE ESTE LIQUIDO OBTENIDO A PARTIR DE UN SOLVENTE POLAR CON UN ACEITE SATURADO, SE EVAPORA EL SOLVENTE POLAR, SE AÑADE UN SOLVENTE NO POLAR A LA PASTA OBTENIDA, SE HOMOGENEIZA, SE SEPARA LE PRECIPITADO Y SE EVAPORA EL SOLVENTE NO POLAR PARA OBTENER UN ACEITE DE EXTRACTO ANTIOXIDANTE.
